Description: Walking into St. Regis Restaurant´s large Winter Garden-style dining room, guests are greeted by warm, soothing golden and peach tones complemented by crisp withe table linenes, dark wood accents and sophisticated nuances. Large windows overlooking the city centre provide an additional draw. At breakfast they welcome the inviting sun, while in the evening they offer an enchanting glimpse of the twinkling city lights.Nature is intelligent, the food market is our inspiration and dictates our creations. We search into argentine gastronomic habits and select the most authentic products to transform them with respect and present them in this menu with the only aim of offering you an exceptional and indigenous gastronomic experience. Our dishes are thought to be tasted as a three course meal, offering a complete gastronomic experience, full of contrast and local traditions, that will satisfy you.The essence of the preparations will be lost if fewer dishes are eaten or portions are excessively copious. We also offer a five course tasting menu for you to indulgence with our best dishes, served in small portions, were you can find our culinary traditions and influences.Product, simplicity and technique,…..and a bit of modernity and authenticity.

“Average Hotel Resto”
Reviewed December 13, 2012

Stranded in the Sheraton during thunderstorms and flooding we booked here (given that the Sheraton itself has nada for eats), and had a good experience. Despite our drowned appearance the staff treated us well (even if the other guests looked down long noses at us). We had some good salads, deserts, fish, but all nouvelle cuisine, small portions and ridiculous prices. I'd never eat here if I had the option of walking three blocks up Plaza San Martin to local places, but its better than the other Sheraton options. The Park Tower that this is part of is ridiculously over priced...the Hyatt and the Alvear are much better.

“Great food. Good service level. Fine for gluten free diners”
Reviewed October 18, 2012 via mobile

First so all, if you are a celiac, try to learn how to pronounce it in Spanish, because that is the easiest way to get the waiter staff to understand your needs in Argentina. It is similar. The started and main that I enjoyed in the restaurant were first rate. Wine selection and knowledge of the local wines was very good. Setting is nice. Service level is good, but not outstanding. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

“Room Service”
Reviewed December 1, 2011

Ordered room service after day from hell with Aerolineas Argentinas, at about 2:30 am. I got the burger and my wife got pasta with bolegnese sauce. Fabulous! I wasn't expecting that from late night but it was great. Restaurant during the day must be better! This is the second burger from a st Regis property that has been super tasty. They must have some kind of "burger school."
