I have given this hotel four stars because without the restaurant it would be an average boutique hotel in Palermo.
The staff were friendly and welcoming but several points stand out.
Maintenance in the rooms ...fixtures and fittings please.
Check out time is 11.00....breakfast finishes late at the weekend so if you have been out on a Saturday night.....it's Buenos Aires, you WILL have been out on a Saturday...Sunday morning is a bit of a rush.
Breakfast could be better and faster as a buffet. Basically as several other reviewers have said there is not a lot of choice but a lot of waiting...Palermo is full of really cool places for breakfast...this is not it.
The restaurant has a superb set menu and more than makes up for the items above.

Dear guest,

Thank you very much for staying with us.

We feel for your check-out blues, especially on a Buenos Aires weekend. This is why, whenever we can, we grant free late check-outs.

Breakfast ... we also try to make a gourmet experience of. Essentially, guests can ask for it the way they want it, without charge for extras.

In any case, we look forward to your next visit and hope that even without the highlights of the restaurant you will have a superior stay.

My family and I stayed here for 3 days. The rooms were spacious and the accommodations very modern and comfortable. The restaurant ranks with some of the nicer places I've dined in the US. The staff was friendly and helpful when we wanted recommendations for a local Italian restaurant. We loved the wait staff for the restaurant. Lots of good suggestions for shopping, etc. We were able to walk to many of the destinations from the hotel, but were warned by many not to walk far at night.

I m very far from home enjoying Buenos Aires and would like to share all. After a long searching I found this hotel. I was afraid about the área but it is the most modern área in town. So cool! A Little far from touritic points but so close to nightlife , restaurants, trendy people. I love it! The service was good and the room was so quiet wich I appreciate so much.
Good option!

My husband and I stayed here recently for 7 nights in the Terrace Suite. The outdoor terrace including Jacuzzi was spacious. We used the Jacuzzi several times even though we visited in July/August. Personally we found the room itself on the small side – particularly given this was the most spacious suite. The décor of the room itself is quite nice and the bed was huge! The bathroom again was on the small side – especially the shower which was tiny. In our personal opinion the bathroom could be remodeled to remove the bidet and expand the size of the shower. Aside from these minor points, we really enjoyed our stay. Staff were lovely and very efficient. We had the staff make several reservations for us and they would always leave a note in our room confirming the reservation. The per item laundry prices were quite expensive (we found this in our Santiago hotel also) however we used the service anyway and it was prompt and well presented. Breakfast was nice but after 7 nights got very repetitive – it would be great if the breakfast offerings changed every couple of days. The hotel is in a great location.

A great boutique hotel in Palermo Hollywood, a quiet area, with restaurants and quaint boutiques all around. The hotel is modern, impeccably clean and well set up. The service was wonderful, the rooms large and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the drinks in the bar in the eventing, were excellent. I will definitively stay there again when next in Buenos Aires.

We rented an apartment in Palermo Hollywood for a month and, due to a mix-up, we needed one night's hotel before leaving Buenos Aires. We opted to stay around the corner at this hotel and it was terrific. We had eaten a memorable meal at the hotel's restaurant a couple of weeks earlier and it was in the neighborhood that we now knew fairly well. (BTW, go to dinner here. The food was fun and memorable. The staff was great. And buy the salt for a gift to take back home!)

We had a great stay. The room was a good size. The staff was as helpful and welcoming as we had experienced in the restaurant. Buenos Aires is still quite inexpensive for day to day needs and restaurants so although I can't really compare what we paid to other hotels in the area, it did feel pricey to me to pay for one night what we paid, in effect, for five nights for our terrific apartment rental. What I am trying to say is it felt expensive, but if you find the rates comparable to others in and around Palermo Hollywood, then you can't go wrong here. The room, staff, location and restaurant are all terrific.

Fierro offers a wonderful hotel experience. Friendly staff, lovely spacious rooms and the comfiest beds i think i have ever slept in! We really enjoyed our stay, but wished it had been longer. The pool on the roof is great, even in winter as its lovely and heated. We opted of Hernan Gipponi's famous brunch. 7-8 courses of delicous brunch plates and a bloody mary, an unforgettable breakfast experience!
