We stayed here with our 3 year old and 1 year old and couldn't have been happier. The room was clean and comfortable and they provided us with a port-a-crib for our 1 year old. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. We enjoyed the breakfast that was provided as well. The hotel is within walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and the botanical gardens and zoo. Overall a great couple of days in Buenos Aires!

Friendly staff, good free breakfast (cappuccino machine) nice rooms, great location. The pool could have used some work while we were here and the beers are around 7usd but there are great bars within walking distance so you dont need to drink here. I'd stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a midrange place that looks great.

We got a deal on this place through expedia. That is why we stayed here - it was much less expensive than the others in the area.

We knew we wanted to stay in Palermo our last night in town and had a very nice night in this neighborhood. The hotel is very nice, and has a nice restaurant downstairs. The breakfast is the best we had anywhere in S. America on this trip, with lots of fruit, the normal cereals and toasts, and also made to order omelettes.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. We went down to patagonia for 10 days in between our time in BA, and they held our luggage that entire time without charge.

We could hear our neighbors across the hall very clearly, though. That was our 1 complaint. Definitely stay here, especially if the price holds.

We stayed here for 3 nights, Monday-Wednesday in early November.

Pros:

Location: You can't beat their location, tons of great shops and restaurants. My advice though, stay here over a weekend because the fair in Plaza Serrano is cool and the neighborhood is lively as hell.

Great Staff: Especially Matias (I hope I'm getting that right), who gave us excellent information about the taxi system and neighborhoods

Breakfast: Good stuff and chill atmosphere

The lighting: wonderful dimmer switches that took a second to figure out, but were really cool!

Cons:

Noise: Cripes, we came with our one-year old (this was disclosed prior) and we were still put in that crappy room other commenters talk about. Not cool! Noise on Tuesday was especially ridiculous with portenos yelling until past 4 am

Cleanliness: The room wasn't as clean as I would have expected during check-in, found a wad of someone else's hair underneath the couch

Bathroom: The shower in our room leaked water all over the floor because it's truly poorly designed, there's an easy fix though.

Room Tip: Don't get #1, make sure of it...

We had a great time with them in our short stay at BA
Stuff is very friendly and supportive, they certainly get the thumb up from us.
Rooms are clean the neighborhood is grate with a lot of coffee shop, restaurants, bars and a lot of trendy boutiques.
The only con we can think of is that it little bit noisy in the weekend when you facing the street. So ask for a rear room and you'll be more than satisfied

Room Tip: rooms facing the street is noisy

Previous reviewers weren't kidding! Everything went well until I realized that we didn't get the superior room I intentionally paid a bit extra for. Instead we got the shoebox of a room right above the front desk where you can hear the noisy street. The windows are not very sound proof, especially with the Friday night scene. Good thing we were tired from traveling.

To make matters worse, we received a call at 9:45am telling us someone was waiting for our room. Our hotels.com reservation said checkout was 1:00pm, reservations told us noon when we arrived. Palemitano, get it straight.

Room was fine but nothing special. Bed was pretty comfortable. The glass restroom door didn't close all the way...which is not the best at times. Cleaning wasn't so good - mildew in shower. But I loved the rainfall shower head.

All being said, because of your sneaky ways, I will never stay here again.

Excellently located boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo Soho. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the spacious room. The service we received was excellent with the front desk able providing us great tips from their local knowledge. Lovely breakfast included in the cost and overall very reasonably priced. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay again!
