We stopped in for dinner on our first night in Buenos Aires because El Establo was a short walk from our hotel, and we couldn't have been happier we stumbled upon it. During our visit it wasn't crowded, and we enjoyed great service from the waitstaff as well as an incredible meal. The empanadas we ordered to start were fantastic, the bife de chorizo was perfectly cooked, the fries were delicious, and we really enjoyed the bottle of Malbec we paired with it. Portion sizes were bigger than expected, so you won't leave hungry! It's a great local place and a wonderful introduction to Argentinian parrillas. Prices were affordable as well, so we felt like our experience was a great value as well as a great meal.
