“Great Hotel”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 23, 2010

This is a modern, Euro chic hotel. It is not huge but has everything you need. Good location, very friendly staff, good swimming pool, and excellent design and decor. Highly recommended. You can book this hotel on hotels.com or expedia.com for half the price of their rack rates.

This is a very Uber Modern hotel that didn't dissapoint. I think it opened in SEP 2009 so everything about it is very new, modern and stylish (especially the rooms, restaurant and pool areas). The service and staff were what you would expect in a 4 (or 5) star hotel. The only critique I have is that all the rooms have queen size beds only (ie no rooms with 2 single beds) which makes its difficult if you are traveling with someone who you may feel uncomfortable sharing the bed with.

As usual I would say, an excellent Novotel. Brand new, ideally located, nice modern rooms, excellent breakfast. Perfectly staffed, though some should improve their english skills.
We were greatly helped by two very professional persons at the front desk: Giselle and Caroline.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 9 days.
I arrived early for check in (9am) but since there were rooms available, it was no fuzz to get me into my room in less than 20 mins. Thanks for Danilo.

Throughout my stay I had not problems at all, staff was always ready to help with room service, cabs and sugestions to go out in the city.

The design and condition of the facility are excellent! (It just opened in SEP09).

They have on site restauran, with a very complete breakfast buffet and you will be surprised at the menu and prices they have for dinner.

I especially appreciate all the help I got from Fernando and Leonardo at front desk and from Gisella, Laura and Jazmin at the restaurant. All of them in a very casual and classy way met my expectations every single time.

Also, the location is a short cab ride to everywhere, on good hours and nice weather it's a nice walk to Puerto Madero...you can walk to theaters (you are right on the street for that).

Brand new hotel with great location, ok without the charm of Recoleta. But no match for pizzas lovers.
Check in fast, precise in which all the information about hotel was presented, with very attentive staff.
In the reserve asked the cradle for my daughter for 3 years and was not mounted, I asked the room service, took a while but got a nice one after 40 min.
The room is not so large, but has several electronic equipment and confortble the only point is that would not recommend the rooms at 3 first floors, at night there's a bit of noise from the street and the subway, a little uncomfortable, do not overdo it, but if you want a perfect night, avoid the lower floors.
Modern decoration, Queen Size Bed, bathroom well equiped that's your room. Very good cleaning.
The breakfast costs $ 12 and worth it, with good variety of bread and other accompaniments, again the staff was very attentive and caring of our needs.
Check out too fast without problems.
Hotel with good cost benefit, with good location close to several places, Corrientes Avenues is known as the Broadway of Buenos Aires as it has countless theaters.
I really indicate this.

Location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to the Obelisk and also the main shopping street. The hotel was also next door to a delicious pizza place, perfect as we were travelling with children.

The lobby was gorgeous, rooms were lovely as well, although a little on the small side. Flat screen tv, and besides the usual plugs, you also had a USB port as well, perfect for charging those iPhones! Free wifi in rooms as well.

We travelled in a big group, so every time we needed to go somewhere it required a lot of organising. Staff were fantastic, very, very helpful especially a young man named Gabriel.

Breakfast spread was great, so much to choose from. Would definitely stay here again if we go to Buenos Aires.

I travel quite a bit for my job but it has been a while since I have done so on holidays. What a pleasant surprise to end up here. This hotel is fantastically situated near the Obelisk within walking distance of San Telmo's market, the government buildings, Puerto Madero etc. The hotel is quite hip, has all the latest available technological gizmos, a fantastic pool (absolutely needed for summer in B-A!), very well thought design (it just doesn't look good, it is also functional!). Beds are comfortable and rooms are soundproof. The staff have made a huge positive difference in our stay - to the point that we needed to write this review... They are all multilingual (spanish, portuguese, english, french, probably more) and very freindly with a true professional attitude. We asked thousands of questions to many of them and always got great suggestions and smiles back. They are a young team but the management seem to know how to do things right!. The included breakfast was also generousans varied (including shots of energizing juices!) We highly recommend this place!
