We stayed in this hotel twice, during our Argentina/Chile trip. When we arrived there was a huge storm in Buenos Aires and it was raining inside the building! Despite all this mess and confusion, hotel staff was incredible nice and attentive, trying to minimise the situation. We were immediately checked in and allocated to a room.
The rooms have a decent size, they have a modern decoration and enough amenities (although I would suggest providing slippers), they have complimentary tea and coffee, and a safe box too. The hair dryer is quite good and powerful.
The view from our first room was not that great (facing the back of the building), but in our 2nd stay we faced avenida corrientes, and it was great.
Location is excellent, 100m or so from the Obelisco and near many, many restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets, theatres. We walked everywhere from the hotel (Recoleta, Palermo Soho, Plaza de Mayo, Puerto Madero), we only had to get a cab to La Boca (tip: only catch official cabs, the black ones with a yellow circle on the doors, they are safe and you won't be ripped off on the final price).
The breakfast has a good choice of food, I recommend the pancakes with dulce the leche. Comparing to other Novotel hotels where we've stayed, the variety is more limited, but it was enough, considering what we usually eat at breakfast while at home!
Staff is attentive and polite, gave us all the information we requested with accuracy. And they are very hard-workers, because on the next morning after the storm you would never say that the hotel was a mess and all wet on the previous day!

Room Tip: Rooms facing Avenida Corrientes have a great view

Excellent hotel. Very close to main city attractions. The only recommendation I would provide to Accor is to assign a Concierge. The clerks are very nice, but they have limited action to support tourists in simple tasks such as make a restaurant or show reservation.

I moved there after a terrible experience with a local hotel where everybody was smoking inside the facility.

This hotel has tremendous, modern rooms and showers with nice illumination.

You can even to to certain locations using the subway. Neighbourhood is good, quite central.

A bit expensive for Buenos Ayres, but safe choice.

I've stayed at the "Novo" twice now when I've been in Buenos Aires. The staff is very nice and accommodating, very willing to do whatever is necessary to make your stay more comfortable. I was SO pleased to learn on my first stay there that they actually offer gluten free bread! That was one of the reasons why I stayed there a second time... it made it so much easier to just grab a quick sandwich and not worry about it when I was in a hurry. The rooms were great, functional, but quiet. Both times I had a room that faced the pool, and it was lovely. I actually had a chance to go to the gym and run on the treadmill - it's a functional gym, but I really don't need too much. Overall, I think it's a great place to stay!

This Novotel has an excellent locatization, very close to the subway and allows easy access to some of the most well known touristics places. The room was very comfortable and clean, the front desk staff is well prepared to promptly give the required information, And the breakfast itself would deserve a specific review: simply wonderful, including here the kind of service offered by the hotel staff.

Located on the Broadway of Buenos Aires you are at the right place if you like very functional and minimalistic design.
Rooms are bigger than shoe boxes and if you ask for a quiet room they will give you one on the backside of noisy Ave. Corrientes.
Shower and toilet are separated and in between you have a big mirror and a sink.
As a single traveler it is always nice to have at leat a queen size bed.
Another big advantage is the free Wifi access for all devices with online access you have with you.
The reception staff is very friendly, helpful and almost attentive. The English of the most is rather fluent.
The breakfast is really okay. They offer fresh fruit, yoghurt, fresh tomatoes, sereals and the other breakfast stuff which is been offered at most of the other places.
The serving staff is lack of being well trained regarding customer oriented.
They are friendly but some skills are missing.
As soon as you have emptied your fruit bowl they grab it without asking you if that is fine with you.
It always takes a while until they refill the coffee. One female staff member once was so unconcentrated that she spilled the hot coffee over my hand whithout saying that she felt sorry.
But anyway: You still can enjoy the breakfast they offer ....

Room Tip: I had room quiet room 709 which is on the backside of Ave. Corrientes
