Manager Priscilla and her family friendly and helpful. My transfer organised by hotel was good though I had to send three emails to confirm this transfer and eventually went through my booking agency to get a final confirmation.
Location is above a very busy and noisy restaurant, the hotel is nondescript up 3 flights of stairs A double locked door direct from the street is the entrance. The Hotel has no signs out side and I was very dubious when I first arrived.
The room - positives - it has a good outlook on first floor. Free Wifi.
NEGATIVES needs a thorough clean - walls grotty, bed clothes minimal, threadbare sheets, no pillow / mattress protectors so through threadbare pillowcases I could see all 'drool stains' previously left by others. It was truly gross. I booked for 2 nights but left after one ONLY CASH accepted as payment. No Manager on duty, it felt unsafe with only one way in or out down many stairs with luggage.

Room tip: All rooms noisy, no accessibility for disability

Enjoyed a pleasant 3 night stay at Soho Suites. The accommodations are basic but clean and comfortable, hot shower with great water pressure and comfy beds. The rooms have high ceilings and huge French doors opening onto the verandah. The hotel is above a well renowned restaurant, there is some mild street noise if the doors are open, nothing that was bothersome. Only a couple of minutes to Plaza Serrano and multiple bars, restaurants and shopping. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A nice place to stay at a reasonable cost.

staff incredibly nice but beware this is not a hotel, it is 6 rooms on a first floor no lift no amenities other than a communal kitchen, not very clean, extremely basic and not particularly cheap, you cannot use it if you have mobility issues.

Room tip: on street over a restaurant so quite noisy

Absolutely excellent stay at 06 Soho Suites. Priscilla was a great help prior to arrival, arranging transfers and tours. Pablo the concierge was absolutely wonderful, full of good humour, energy and always ready to assist with anything you may need.

The apartment is chic, modern and warm. The room was clean, warm and modern. It is above a busy street, but it is quiet enough during the week.

Perfectly located and great value. Would definitely recommend 06 Soho Suites to anyone wanting to stay in this cool part of Bs As.

We stayed here over new years, and we were very impressed! The building has old colonial architecture and is in the heart of Palermo. Walking distance to everything you need from stores, bars, restaurants etc. The street is pretty quiet, but you can get a little noise from the party downstairs at the amazing steakhouse/bar. All you need to fix that problem is red wine and ear plugs. The public transportation is close by, but we just used taxis everywhere. Priscilla is an amazing host, and she sat down with us for an hour just chatting and planning out our trip. She even booked our boat tickets to Uruguay for us using her national ID.

They had a party upstairs for NYE and it was such a fun time. BBQ and lots of wine, and it was a great way to bring the new years in with other guests and friends of the hotel.

The only downside is the breakfast...if they include eggs/fruit or something besides just pastries they have a home run.
