The location was useful to me and the exterior of the hotel seemed nice and very modern, but the rooms...

First one had the floor of the shower wet and with hairs. Asked for a change.

Second one had the floor of the shower wet but no hairs but the bed had a BLOOD STAIN!!.

Could not get out of there faster. On the bright side the manager was understanding and seemed frustrated

we stayed in this hotel one night between flights. Apparently our booked (standard) room was given away (!), but we got an spacious appartment on the 6th floor instead. Good service, breakfast was adequate. Friendly reception-personnel.

This hotel has everything necessary for a comfortable stay but there is no flair. The rooms are spotless, roomy, inexpensive and complete with a fine bed, microwave, good sized TV and computer. There were a few flaws such as a broken lamp and a strong box that didn't function. There were lots of towels and lots of hot water. The air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was nothing special but adequate and with good coffee. The front desk was helpful and courteous. The hotel is located within about 10 minutes walk of a tram station. The tram has you near the plaza San Martin in about 15 to 20 minutes.

Room Tip: 1001 is a fine, quiet room

I stayed there with a friend for 10 days; we chose it only because its location would allow us to visit a close friend that actually lives in Buenos Aires. The room we got was OK but it had some problems, this really didn't bother me but whenever we talked to the guest relations desk about anything they would treat us very badly like when we told them the TV was not working they asked us if we were pointing the TV remote to the screen to turn it on which was not only a lack of preocupation on their part but also insulting.

We spent our last night in Buenos aires in this hotel-it was the best out of 3 hotels on which we stayed in BA.
First, there is computer in every room - which is very comfortable. There is also microwave which we didn't use but can be useful for those that stay for more than one night.
The design is very modern and look great.
The breakfast was a little disappointing (no eggs, no ham no cheese) and contained only sweet things.
The hotel is located close to some central street-there are lots of shops and restaurants around.
The nearest metro station (linea B) is about 20 minutes walking away from the hotel, but I noticed there there is a new metro station under contraction about 10 minutes from the hotel.
