I've been in Astrid y Gaston in Lima, Santiago and now Buenos Aires and never got disappointed. The quality of the food is just great. We had three different types of ceviche as starters and meat in a wok with vegetables and rice as main course. For dessert the suspiro limeno is very sweet, just for sugar lovers. Service was fast and friendly. I definitely recommend it!

Intimate spot with so much personality, I was so happy to find this place! The ingredients were fresh, the food plated with care, and all extremely delicious. If you're in Buenos Aires, I highly recommend visiting Astrid y Gaston (unless you plan on making it to Peru, then go to the one in Lima instead!)

Somewhat over rated, cebiche nice, but what could go wrong there...main dishes with fancy description but nothing impressive and waiters in bad mood....not worth the price , expected a lot more.

I went to the restaurant during the BA Food Week April 15-22, 2013. There was a special promotion. We didn´t know that it was more of a tasting that actual food. So the portions were very small, it seems that they were trying to save money!!!. Food was very well prepared. Service was very good. We paid 50us$ per person at the official rate or 30us$ at the unofficial rate. At 50 dollars is expensive at 30 is more ok.
