Sipan was recommended by our Hotel concierge. It did not disappoint! After eating Italian and Argentinian for 4 nights in a row, SIPAN offered our families a yummy break from the standard Argentinian fare. The cuisine was a tasty melange of Japanese/Peruvian food.
The menu is in Spanish only, so after a few failed attempts at figuring out our choices, our waiter brought over another waiter who spoke fluent English. This definitely helped because the combinations could not be interpreted otherwise. The portions were plentiful, and the decor was very "SOHO". Our dinner at SIPAN was one of the best meals we experienced in Argentina.
Just a commentary... service is scattered and mishandled throughout every restaurant Buenos Aires.
