Great Peruvian fusion. Great for dinner or just stop in for wine and a trio of ceviches. They have WiFi if you need it and is a great place to start or end a walk by all of the embassies.

Paru was recommended to us by our hotel Conceirge at the alvear palace. It was spoken to us in the same breath at Osaka (Puerto Madero), however it was a horrible experience all over. Few highlights - 1. The server was not accommodating to vegetarian guests is our group.
2. We ordered sake and were only given one ceramic cup for the Carafe, when asked for another we were given shot glasses. 3. Sushi was served without any wasabi or pickled ginger. 4. The hostess who seated us was not hospitable to say the least, she assigned a server who did not speak English and when we asked her to help, we were told she does not take food orders. The experience does not do justice to the food - which was average.

The atmosphere is perfect, the food was unforgettable.
It is more expensive than the regular BA restaurant or what I generally spend when dinning out. But it is all worth it! Make a reservation!

We went las Satrday night ( and will go again next Saturday night) for the atmosphere, the service and mostly the food! We had Peruvina seviche (fish marinated in lemon juice and herbs.
Then the gren rice with dseafood. One of the best dishes in all Buenos Aires. Everyone should try it at lest once, if he/she loves to eat. All else perfct. GO!

From an enticing outside look to a very clean and modern interior Paru didn’t disappoint. Even though I was first one into restaurant I was made to feel very welcome despite staff still setting up for the main business later in the evening.

A English language menu was available and this allowed enough help to order. Sushi was fresh and very tasty (especially if you like cream cheese). Yellow ceviche was good sized portion and outstanding flavor.

Very nice alternative to red meat restaurants but also Peruvian food is not something that every town can offer. And offer at very high quality.
