This is a well located hotel where you can easily walk out to the bars, restaurants and shops. The service at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and quiet, but the bathrooms was quite small. Breakfasts are served in the attractive ground floor restaurants and offer a good variety.

Room Tip: Apparently they have recently installed double glazing so all the rooms are quite.

It's hard to fault Nuss. Located in the heart of Palermo Soho, efficient and friendly staff, well maintined facilities including a rooftop pool area, excellent breakfast.
Our 2nd floor room was spacious and very comfortable featuring contemporary decoration and furnishings. Although looking down onto the junction of El Salvador and Borges there was little street noise from late night/early morning revellers thanks to good sound inulation and very deep and high balustrades on the balcony.
Breakfast was good including plenty of fresh fruit, cereals and pastries though the availability of revueltos, which they cook to order, wasn't heavily advertised!
Staff were charming and helpful, extremely efficient at booking restaurants, for example, and able to provide good advice about where to eat.
The rooftop pool was a welcome facility at the end of a hard day's sightseeing with the added bonus of a free wine tasting from about 6.00PM on Fridays and Saturdays.

We stayed at Nuss for the last 2 days of our trip to Argentina, and we were completely delighted with the facility and the marvelous staff. The front desk team is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and speak English very well. From the first minute to the last, they could not have been better. The room with a balcony was spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop pool and sitting area was a plus. The rate was good and the location is perfect for exploring Soho. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in this lively and edgy part of BA. There is graffiti everywhere in this part of BA, and lots of warnings about crime, but we never had a problem. Still, the hotel provides helpful, commonsense advice about where to go and what to avoid. Free wifi and their own computer to use. The breakfast was small but very European and perfectly adequate. Great coffee, of course, as everywhere in Argentina.

Room Tip: We were lucky to get an upgrade so our large room with balcony on the second floor was wonderful. T...

My wife and I stayed here for 2 days during our honeymoon. The Nuss is in a good location with a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. No real complaints except the wireless internet was spotty, sometimes it worked and most times it did not. The rooms were cozy but the shower flooded after every use. The staff was helpful in planning our day activities and giving directions around the city. Breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special but did the trick.

As others have already mentioned, the location in Palermo is extremely central and convenient. Nice rooms. Depending on who was at the front desk, we experienced inconsistent service. Carlos actually directed us to the wrong restaurant one evening (he confused Don Julia and Lo De Jesus), and the car service he called for us to the airport arrived very late to the hotel. The car service was in no rush and we nearly missed our flight despite leaving 3.5 hours in advance of our flight.

Pros: solid wifi, quiet room, fantastic central location
Cons: average breakfast, inconsistent service, very small pool

Room Tip: Room 37 was quiet

Suberb location around the corner from Plaza Serrano and right in the heart of Palermo Soho/Viejo. Nice room, although the toilet behind the bathroom door is a poor design (suggestion to teh hotel that you switch the toilet and bidee locations in your bathrooms!). We had a lot of trouble getting wifi access in our room which was frustrating, though the staff did try to assist and helped us with directions and other questions. Lobby wasn't too glam or happening, although inner courtyard and rooftop terrace are both nice. Breakfast was only so-so. But, again, the location was really terrific.

Dear Guest,

Thank you very much for your comments.

Besides being in a superb location, as you mentioned; Nuss is mostly known for the excellent service.

We understand how important is to be online, that´s why we have free wi fi internet access throughout Nuss.

However, last week we had experienced some internet interruptions.

This issue is solved now, I apologize we couldn´t solve it whilst you were staying with us.

We will work hard on the issues you mentioned!

Please do not hesitate contacting us should you require assistance in Buenos Aires.

The location is pretty good since its near all restaurants and bars.
The rooms are kind of dark and I feel that for the price they could be better.
Front desk forgot my weak up call and I almost lose my flight.
Breakfast is nice, just enough so you cant say anything.
I feel that this hotel does not go the extra mile as many now do.
