We dined at Le Famiglie for a late lunch with an Argentine friend. When he picked us up for lunch he asked where did we want to go? We said, wherever you would go for lunch and not a touristy restaurant. Well, this is where our friend took us. There were four in our party so we started with a good but not pricey Malbec wine. Two of us had beef dishes, one pasta and one fish. All were good, generous portions, we had no complaints. The restaurant has a "homey" feel, most of the patrons locals. We felt the service to be better than we experienced in other places, maybe because our friend was Argentine and he obviously ate there before? Anyway, we left pleased, our stomachs full of good food and an inexpensive lunch at that. Our bill was approximately $60.00, which included 2 bottles of Malbec, 4 dinners and 1 dessert. The very BEST part, they make their own Limoncello and the waiter brought out a round of cold Lemoncillo for us to top off our meal! And it was DELICIOUS, literally, the best Limoncello I've ever had. Try out this restaurant, I don't think you will walk away disappointed if you are looking for a basic, good meal. One more thing, they make a wonderful Pan Dulce Artesanal which they sell packaged "to go". It was sitting on a table by the front door, we bought one on a whim on the way out and had it for breakfast the next 2 days - it was delicious!
