After eating a lot of steak, we found Tea Connection, and it was a nice change of pace. There are a lot of light options including gluten free food, which was essential for my wife. Great flavor, good ingredients. A little costly, but a nice option.

We visited Tea Connection on the corner of Junín and Arenales simply because it's 2-min walk from our hotel (Poetry Building). Light meals (i.e. soups, salads and sandwiches) are passable but outshining them all are its té en hebras and refreshing tea smoothies, the mango peppermint being our summer favourite. Not all drinks are created equal however. Coffee isn’t a priority here. Served in a soup bowl, it’s extremely watered down, the worst we have had in South America. Service is friendly but slow.

This is a really cute cafe with a wide variety of teas. Unfourtunately later in the night the tea menu changes and becomes more limited, but it's still good. The food is good as well! The food is average price-wise, while the tea is a pretty good price (most/all are 20 pesos a pot). I really like the decor!

The tea connection is a small chain restaurant in Buenos Aires, it has nice light meals, and semi-decent prices. They have a good selection of salads.

I've eaten at The Tea Connection a few times and really enjoy the food. The salads are fresh. The green forest tea is lovely. I like to sit out back, a covered garden-like area. I just wish they would turn down the music a little. It's a casual and relaxing place to eat. Service isn't fast, so if you're in a rush, eat somewhere else.
