We attended the morning tour and learned a lot about the city and it's history. The guide speaks great English and is passionate about his home. I felt like we had gained a new Porteno friend.

We only had limited time in BA so was unable to make the free tour group. Instead we took a private tour on the afternoon we arrived with Gaston. He took us to a number of neighbourhoods - we saw some of the tourist attractions, but we also just walked the streets and Gaston shared the history and his passion for his city. It was a fantastic way to be introduced to BA, and we thoroughly enjoyed seeing the city from a local's point of view.

My mother and I didn't take this tour until day 3 of our 10 day trip and we both wish we would have taken the tour the day we arrived.

We did both the morning and evening tour the same day and it was definately one of the best days of our trip. It's not too much to do both in one day - eventhough my mom is not athletic she had no problem doing both tours.

And the tours are so very different. If you had to pick only one, I wouldn't know which one to pick. Thankfully the tours are free, so you shouldn't have to choose only one!

Sol and Gaston are awesome. They speak very very good english. They know the city well. And they genuienly want to help you make the most of your trip. We emailed them shortly after the tour for some specific things we wanted to do, and they responded to us right away.
The tour is fun and very informative. We went to a cafe immediately after each tour to jot down notes about the things we wanted to go back to and explore more.

Do not miss this tour if you are in town. It was so fun and very informative. I can't say enough good things about Sol and Gaston.

Took this tour last week, and what can I say...so far it was the best thing I (we) did since we arrived!!! Our guide, Gaston was such a pleasure to deal with and not only did he provide us with alot of historical background, he shared many cultural facts/insights we would have never learned or heard of. We have been in touch with him since our tour, several times now, and he comes through every time in such an unbelievable helpful way. Friends and family will be visiting us in another couple weeks, and this is the TOUR we will have them go on as well! A true asset to the city...I am thankful to have found this tour.

At first, we get to the meeting point and we didn't see any signs, what made us feel a little in doubt about the tour, but at 11AM on time Gastón arrived and presented himself. It was a great walk through some of the most importants places in BA. It is a great alternative if you want a quick and non commercial tour, really great.
