I would strongly recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Also the bedrooms are quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I returned to BA.

We stayed at Casasur for a total of 5 nights over a two week family holiday in Argentina. It is a lovely boutique hotel, very stylish and well equpied. The rooms are really good (spacious, comfortable beds and all amenities you might need). The best thing about the hotel though is the staff. They are super welcoming, friendly and helpful. Everytime we walked into the door, we felt like we were at home.

This is a nice and cozy hotel boutique in Recoleta district,Buenos Aires. Staff is absolutely adorable and helpful. SOme rooms have a balcony where you can get fresh air and maybe smoke if you smoke. Hotel is quiet though in a top area of the city.
Walking distance to the recoleta cemetery, the Museum of Art, the parks, the Floralis monument, Recoleta mall cinemas and restaurants.
The area us top, expensive, but this hotel is a valid option.
Sometimes they have live music performed by local artists at the lobby, like classic music or tango.
No parking.
Good wifi

I stayed here for 4 nights as a start to my 2 week trip to Argentina. Extremely helpful staff with many suggestions on where to go, eat. It's in a good part of the city, Recoleta, just blocks from the famous cemetery.

Breakfast buffet was the pretty standard one you get at most hotels in BA. Ate lunch there one day and had a fabulous Shrimp Risotto.

Good price for location. Would return if I were to stay in this part of the city again

We got to the CasaSur by luck, changing from another hotel we were staying. We were more than surprised by the excellence of all of the personnel at the hotel. From the front desk, the bellboy, the waiter, everyone went above and beyond to help and accomodate us.
As a boutique hotel, it only has 3 rooms per floor: 1 suite and 2 deluxe rooms. The deluxe rooms have a beautiful view to Avenida Callao.
The rooms are brand new, the beds are extremely comfortable, the location in Recoleta is perfect.
Surprisingly, the Internet service was completely free, excellent coverage and very high speed, among the best we've had.
Overall, our stay at the CasaSur Art Hotel was great and I highly recommend it.

Room Tip: The rooms looking out to Avenida Callao are bright and airy

We had the pleasure of staying in the Hotel which is situated in probably one of the best areas in Buenos Aires. The room and bathroom were very good with a balcony. It was easy to get to all attractions either by walking or taxi. The best bit about the hotel is its staff. I have never been treated better. The staff are young, enthusiastic, cheerful and cannot do enough for to make you welcome with nice touches such as a welcome drink, most evenings they bring to the room some extra cakes or fruit and the breakfast restaurant staff were terrific going out of their way to bring us items even if it was not in the dining area. Another great point is that if you are staying at the hotel on a saturday they have a free tour of the City by bus lasting about 3 hours. The tour guide Raul was excellent giving us a really good idea of the history and layout of the City.

Room Tip: Higher floors are quieter as the hotel is in a busy street.

The hotel is located within walking distance of restaurants and the Recoleta cemetery. Unfortunately it's also located on a very busy street. On our first night we stayed in room 901 and had a pleasant night. Our second night (two days later) was in room 1103 and was very noisy. The room had a great little balcony but it's location captured much more street noise, along with the elevator noise. It's really a great hotel with a very professional staff and a very good restaurant. Just ask about room location if you're looking for a quiet night to sleep.
