We stayed at four small hotels in Palermo (Duque, Magnolia, Mine, Vitrum) and all had helpful, friendly, well-trained staffs EXCEPT for the Vitrum. At check-out we witnessed the manager in a confrontation with another guest. She did not handle it skillfully, so perhaps she sets the tone.
On the good side, the rooms are large and bright and attractive – if you like the trendy, modern look. We didn't try the sushi restaurant. The breakfasts were not as good as what we experienced elsewhere. I'd definitely recommend the other hotels over this one -- especially the Duque and the Magnolia.

stayed one night here. Hotel is situated in Palermo, 10 minute walk of plaza serano. Friendly staff. Room consisted of 2 floors: one sitting area with TV and kitchenette downstairs and bedroom with bathroom upstairs. All nicely decorated in modern minimalistic style. Hotel lobby is adjacent to a sushi restaurant of the same hotel. Breakfast in the morning is good. Free wireless. Because of the location the rooms are somewhat pricey,

Excellent English-speaking staff. A grand room. Nice neighborhood. Sushi in the hotel restaurant. We booked a room here because we heard 3 other travelers rave about this hotel. We were very pleased.

PS - I am a New Yorker, and the hotel served the best cheesecake I have had outside of New York. I believe it was ricotta based.

We had three nights here early this month and out of our six week stay in South America this would rate as one of the best hotels. The rooms were spacious and we had a lovely outdoor deck to sit outside. The staff were so helpful in English and went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable. The area around the hotel is a wonderful place to eat and drink with lots of great bars and restaurants.

Room Tip: Wonderful part of Buenos Aires for eating and drinking.

First of all, the bed is out of this world! You will sleep as a angel with a pillow that you can choose from the pillow menu. Second of all, you have to try Salmon Teriyaki, OMG, I ate it twice.
It's located ia a very good area with a small theater a block away, restaurants, bars, etc. and yet you won't be disturb by any noise at night. The rooms have plenty of space, it has a little kitcken, no stove which is good for me, with a microwave, fridge, coffe maker, plates and glasses and a nice sofa that can be used as an extra bed. Great design! Worths every peso! I'm spending here a week and I don't want to leave!

Room Tip: The room 4 has an interior little terrace when you can smoke or drink a glass of wine. It's not...

This is a fantastic boutique hotel in the Buenos Aires, Palermo Hollywoood area. The hotel is in a great location near by all major Palermo`s attractions, including its night life and fantastic restaurants. The hotel is modern with an excellent design. The rooms are very well appointed and spacious; hard wood floors; great design furniture; flat screen TV; excellent wi-fi service (complimentary); personal robes; microwave and a coffee maker. By the way, my rate included complimentary breakfast and this was excellent too. The hotel has a fantastic sushi restaurant and a gym on the top floor. The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Special thanks to Natalia. Please note that all the staff communicated very well in English; then, you will not have any issues communicating with the staff in order to find useful information. They gave me great tips in order for me to better enjoy my stay in this fantastic city.
I highly recommend this hotel to everybody who is looking for a boutique hotel within the Palermo area.

There are defintely better options in the city of BUE for the same price.
Staff provided a poor service, not only at the front desk but also at breakfast room.
Although quite big, rooms are not charm at all and needs improvement. Wallpapers were old!!!
Also, shower space were very small compared to the entire space of the bathroom.
