This is one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to, the ambiance is great; the property is located in Puerto Maderos, just in front of the Rio de la Plata; it has an extensive wine list with excellent offers.
The food, prepared by the Chef Marcelo Piegari, is absolutely incredible. I speacilly recommend the Mellanzane All’Siciliana (Sicilian Egg Plant); Pappardelle All’Abruzzese (Papardelle with Abruzzo Mushrooms); Tagliolini Alla Chitarra con Pomodoro e Basílico (Homemade Angel Hair Pasta with Tomato and Basil); and the Saltimboca Alla Romana (Veal with white wine sauce and prosciutto). On top of that they have an incredible brick oven with a great selection of pizzas. For desert do not miss the Mousse con Cioccolato Bianco e Gelato (White Chocolate Mousse with Gelato), the Tiramisu and, also, they have an excellent selection of Gelato. The restaurant won the prize as Best Restaurant in 2008.
Be aware, the pasta dishes are quite abundant, in fact, the last time we were there we had a party of six and we order three kinds of pasta and we were all full before the pasta ran out.
The service is excellent, do not hesitate to ask for any suggestions from your waiter, he will be most helpful.
In a nutshell, this is a culinary experience you won’t forget.
