The Park Hyatt is beautiful as you walk through the foyer and down towards the restaurant setting the evening tone quite glamorously.
We arrived at our table just after dark, and were placed outside overlooking the courtyard by candlelight - it was nice sitting outside. While there isn't much of a view at night, it still felt romantic. The spacing between tables is big enough so that conversations do not spill over.
The main reason for us to come was to try the famed Argentinian beef at a professional establishment. I ordered the Ojo de bife - Filet de lomo - Aguja, which I had great expectations of, and my wife wanted to try the suckling pig which was unfortunately not available (she also had a steak). The sides and wine were all great, and when the meats came out they also presented really well.
Unfortunately they overcooked my meat substantially - I asked for medium rare and it came out well done. This was very disappointing especially given where we were and the price of the dish. I sent it back to the kitchen (something I never do) and the waiter did not help matters by arguing that it was cooked the way it should have been.
After some further discussion I was given an apology and a new dish (which was still not cooked medium rare but much better than the first). It was a little disappointing but overall we still enjoyed our meal here.
Maybe ask for your meat well under what you expect to avoid any disappointment.
