Ok this has an excellent location right in the heart of harbour BUT thats all it has.

We ate here with some friends after being hassled too often by the waiters and finally giving in and trying them.

From the word go they got the orders wrong, from the starters to the main courses. 4 of us spent alot of money here and left feeling very out of pocket in many ways. The waiter also tried to add on his additional service charge and when we queried this he become pretty upset. We gave a tip based on the service and food that was provided..hence not alot.

Dont fall for it. Its not good food and although it may seem busy just see the number of negatives on here...believe them too

As a family we longed to try the traditional clay pot cooking and made a reservation at Cumbali. On arrival we ordered G & T's which turned out to be the local brew (awful and tastes of apples) but charged at leading brand prices. Service was horrendous, the clay pot chicken was awful - overpriced and simply awful. The English lady owner spent the whole evening trying to sell us tickets to a charity function - on holiday we do not want to be hassled with ticket sales! The decor seriously needs an upgrade and considering the vast selection of good restaurants, it's such a pity that we wasted our time and money here. Never again !

We love Yalikavak and there are some great restaurants but this isn't one of them!! We also went on a windy night and sat inside with a nice view. We waited and extremely long time for hours meals, when they arrived they were very disappointing, our daughter order spaghetti bolognaise thinking its impossible to the this wrong - she was convinced it was out of a packet and said it was horrid. I tried to complain but the best we were offered was "some fruit compliments of the house". We pair our exorbitant bill and left!! Give it a miss

The setting is lovely, although it was very windy the night we ate there. The waiter was very friendly and got us to sit down, then promptly forgot about us. We ordered, then waited over an hour for the meal, which was verry dissapointing. the vegetables were cold, the chicken my daughter ordered was not recognisable as such, all in all it was the poorest meal we have had in the years we have been coming to Turkey. I would say, Stay well clear, there are some very good restaurants in Yalikavak, this is not one of them.
