The hotel itself and staff are lovely here. If you have read the last few poor comments, i can assure you that the people writing them are twisting things to suit themselves to make it look like they are innocent and have been the most perfect guest the hotel has seen; when in fact they are not. This group of guests caused havoc for everybody including the staff. Here are a few examples. There is clear rules stating that Rubber rings, lilos and other inflatables are not to be taken down the slide. After a few incidents were people were injured and the water would overflow making it dangerous, more signs were put up about inflatables. The staff politely reminded several people and asked them to pass the message on about not using them down the slide. This group of holiday wreckers carried on using them on the slide purposely and made it clear they would carry on until a member of staff told them not to (Causing unnecessary trouble). Another example; Two of the trouble causers were caught by staff engaging in sexual activities at a quiet seating area of the hotel whilst there own children and others were around the area, did you forget to mention that or would you rather of kept that quiet? They then have the cheek to say they were treated like dogs (which i can assure you they are exaggerating). They would stay up outside their hotel rooms sometimes until 8am making noise and waking other guests up, a family next door to them actually moved rooms because it was so distressing as they had a baby and 3 small children no older than 10. They even brought alcohol from outside the premises and sat around the bar drinking it. When the bar was then shut, they had the cheek to complain for days afterwards (why should staff stay up until such times if they are not actually making any money?).The breakfast is an open buffet area were you are welcome to go back as many times as you wish. Staff were not forced to sleep on sun loungers, i know this as i personally asked them why they were, to which they answered they find it peaceful and relaxing and chose to be on them there selves. Every member of staff including the management are friendly and approachable especially Elvis who will do everything in his power to try and help you and make your holiday even better. I understand that a few guest did have trouble with getting the correct room including SOME of this group, however, it was resolved as quickly as possible and they were given one of the best and biggest rooms in the hotel, yet after a few days, decided that they wanted to move back to the rooms they said they disliked in the first place, they were then frustrated when they was told they could not do so. You get a lot more than you pay for at this hotel, and if you want any more, then you should consider looking at 4 or 5 star hotels, this is certainly the best for a 3 star. I personally will be visiting the hotel again next year because I enjoyed it that much! If you do read the last few poor comments, remember, sometimes its the guests and not the actual hotel. They should be ashamed of their behavior for grown men and women.

Just had a fortnight on my own - knew from past experience to book a room with a balcony but that didn't seem to matter once I got there. Apart from a couple of nights in a basement room smelling of damp and drains I spent the rest of the holiday in a sauna-like staff room in the attic and no attempt was made to make my stay more comfortable. The bathroom tiles were filthy, it was three days before curtains were put in my room, the shower was over the toilet draining into the floor by the sewage pipe, so the whole room flooded. There were silver fish infesting because of the damp. There was no reading light near the bed, no TV, holes in the mosquito netting so the windows couldn't be opened and the air conditioning costs extra. Very poor soundproofing so could hear the staff preparing for work at all hours of the day and night - not pleasant or private. Any approach for help from the management was treated as an imposition and when they were not being blatantly rude, they were ignoring me or worse talking behind my back. Did not feel comfortable here - don't book it.

Just spent a week at the Seyir Village. Room clean and tidy with fresh towels and beddings everyday. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Enough sunbeds around the pool. Had lunch there a couple of times and the food was great. Always had a few drinks around the bar of an evening and have to say that Mehmet (Elvis), Apo (Albert), Memo and Marvay were all really friendly entertaining and helpful. Drinks not badly priced at all. Only 10 mins walk into Hisaronu and 5 minutes from some really good restaurants highlights being Four Seasons and Pasa Sofrasi. All in all really good value for money.

Room Tip: We stayed in B block and the room was nice and cool
