Just returned from our Honeymoon at the Morina. From the start of arranging the booking (direct rather than through an agent) to our stay Kor (the owner) and the staff couldn't do enough. We had a fairly quiet and relaxed Honeymoon and couldn't of hoped for more. We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite which obviously carried a premium, it was a fantastic room and the others are all to the same level of quality. We ate in the restaurant several times and it knocks spots off the restaurants in town whilst being great value.

As a rule I never go back to the same place but we will definitely be back.

Wow, heaven on earth!!! We a small family with a 7 year old have just returned from a week at the Morina hotel (our first holiday in Turkey and most certainly won't be the last!) We honestly cannot praise it enough and I have to add I am extremely fussy! On arrival (early hours of the morning) we were were welcomed by a beautifully lit up hotel with friendly faces where we were taken to our rooms. We stayed in one of the family rooms which was very clean, modern, stylishly decorated and well equipped... rooms had sufficient wardrobe space, aircon (a must at this time of year!) fridges with mini bar (chargeable), thee most amazing shower with added little extras (toiletries) which was a nice touch and SUPER comfy beds! Even with a side balcony room the views of both the lagoon and mountains were breathtaking! We stayed on a half board basis - the food was absolutely divine with a good selection and of a very high standard. The hotel has a stunning swimming pool with fab sunbeds (towels provided) if you fancy a lazy day at the pool! There is a mosque next to the hotel which we found quite pleasant (added to the cultural experience). The staff/owner were just lovely - friendly, helpful, attentive and full of fun (they really made a fuss over our 7 year old son!) The owner was very humble and modest obviously has high standards! The hotel is in an excellent location, close enough to everything but set back just enough not to have to hear/see unruly behaviour at night! It is situated on a hill but honestly don't let this put you off - it really isn't that bad even after a long 'hard' day at the beach, the incline is completely shaded by trees so quite pleasant really! The hotel is near to shops, restaurants and tour companies, only a 15 min walk to the breathtakingly stunning blue lagoon (has to be one of the most beautiful places on earth!) of course you can take a dolmus (bus). Surrounding areas include Hisaronu, Kaya (ghost town), Fethiye.
If you are looking for a 'Brits behaving badly' sort of hotel then I suggest you look elsewhere in the resort as this is not it but if you're looking for a hotel which is classy with personal touches but has a fun vibe (good clean fun) then this is the place for you - perfect for families and couples! Would 100% without a doubt return and recommend! This hotel is a real diamond of a gem! Thanks for making our holiday one to remember (for all the right reasons : ) x

This hotel was refurbished over the winter and is absolutely stunning. Relaxing by the pool couldn’t be more pleasant with the comfortable loungers (...though I recommend remembering if you put a glass on the shelf.)

The staff are fun, friendly, professional (and totally get sarcasm.) We loved the breakfasts, especially the deliciously fresh melon. We had dinner there a couple of evenings and enjoyed great food with a dusk view out to sea. It is located about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach and it’s not a steep hill so nothing to worry about on the way back from town / beach.

If you're looking to be treated well, get a hotel off the main strip and relax, look no further.

Well what can we say!!!!!!
Having just returned from a 10 day stay at this wonderful hotel we know we couldn't have made a better choice for our holiday.
From the moment of our arrival until the moment we left nothing could have been improved on.
The room was very comfortable with everything we could possibly need, the cleaner was in everyday with also a change of bed linen and towels.
The pool area and gardens were immaculate with a serene atmosphere and wonderful views.
We were given a wonderful choice of breakfast with cereals, fruits, yoghurt, eggs, meat, cheese, tomatoes and beautiful fresh bread.
Lunchtime snacks were served and Evening dinner if we wanted and rivalled the price and quality of anywhere in the resort.
All of the staff were amazing, very efficient, friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them, they really went out of their way to make our stay most enjoyable.
The hotel is set away from the main area of the resort but still only a ten minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops, which for us was ideal. The "hill" is a slight incline and not a problem to walk even after a long, hot day but there is also another exit from the other side of the hotel which is on the level.
Our first time to Turkey and after this experience will certainly not be our last. "Loved it".
