We love this place and we enjoy to sit there and have some beers while the sun is on top.

We are having most of our breakfasts here as well as some snacks for early afternoon, to be frank the portions are great in size and snacks are delicious. They are making their own breads which is making the hamburgers and sandwiches very good in taste.

However, we have decided to have our dinner here and that was the worst decision of this holiday. We have ordered a fajita and it was really bad. Firstly it was completely dry, secondly the avacado sauce was green but it was definitely not made of avacado besides there were no tortillas. They gave "Lavas" (a turkish bread which is way more thicker than tortillas) instead and when we have questioned this the reply was simple "u are right but we are serving tortillas with it"

Regarding to staff, although we are quite regulars of this place, there were always something non catchy with the staff. If u go to any other restaurants around that often they will make u feel at home, tht I can assure you..

As a first visitor to turkey we were overwhelmed with the service we received from restaurants and bars until we visited help bar
The staff were rude and unpleasant when after ordering our meal my young daughter decided she actually wanted to eat and we ordered her a child's pizza we were told the kitchen was very busy and they would see what they could do but couldn't promise this is so out of character of every other restaurant we visited in oludeniz
I could go on but there are many better restaurants and bars in town so go elsewhere

Went one early night for drinks and meal and totally ignored by waiters.
I think if you dont fit in with the style of the place you get ignored. We just left, gave my custom and money to someone else.

We have just got back from Turkey and Help was one of our faves. We went there many nights after realising the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We ate breakfasts and also dinners there and the breakfasts were great, the pancakes were lovely and my friend had the omlette or toasted sandwiches. The dinner menu was varied, not necessarily all turkish but a mediterranean influence and also made a difference from all the other restaurants in the area. Also, they are one of the only places that didnt seem to have someone outside getting you to look at their menu and try to get you to eat there! The waiters were lovely and efficient, can't rate Help highly enough!

One hot sunny day my wife and I called into the Help Bar (Crikey if anyone needed help it's this place!) A pleasant chap who spent 2 minutes luring us in to taste his 'wonderful food' eventually persuaded us to enter and showed us to a table. It was about 2pm and the place was a quarter full, loads of empty tables. We were given our menus to peruse and ordered a large beer and a small beer. While we were reading the menu, some female staff member walked to our table and asked would we mind moving. I asked why and she said some people wanted to sit at our table and the two tables next to them. I looked behind and a group of about a dozen Turks were looking at us. I said that we had been enticed into the restaurant and shown to this table and as the place was damned near empty, why couldn't they sit elsewhere? The reply was 'they are regulars!'. I couldn't believe the effrontery. So our response was to get up and leave. As we did so our beers arrived, so we told him to place them up a part of his anatomy and his reply was asking for payment. Guess what? He didn't get any! When we spoke about this to our fellow guests later, one couple had experienced this the week before. It's now blatantly clear that tourists are seen as cash cows to some of the restaurants who only want to milk you!
