A group of us arrived 6th October 2012 for a weeks stay and we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel after reading some of the adverse reviews before we left. Once we had checked in- a member of staff helped carry our cases to our rooms. All of our rooms(three in all) were spotlessly clean and we were pleased with the facilities and pool views. The rooms were cleaned daily and we had clean bedding and towels every day.The pools and surrounding areas were also cleaned every day.
The location of the hotel was excellent as it was so close to the main street of Oludeniz -near to all the shops and bars.
Some of the hotel is a bit "tired" -and needs a freshen up -but it is excellent value for money. The breakfast was good value -and had something for everyone. We only used the restaurant a couple of times for lunch and it was perfectly adequate. The boys who worked in the restaurant were not the fastest at clearing the tables -but it probably would have been better if there was a head waiter in overall charge. We always went out in the evening to eat because we wanted to enjoy the delicious local food and entertainment at different venues.
The all -inclusive also worked well for us with plenty of drinks available during the day and evening -alcohol and soft drinks.

Room Tip: Rooms around the larger pool are in a quieter area of the hotel complex.

Sept 2012
On arrival a 3.00 in the morning we were shown to our room (3 floors up) in the dark by a very grumpy receptionist. My husband has heart disease and I have arthritis we struggled with our luggage of steep flights of stairs. Our room was a dorma room (in the roof) we only had half a standing room in the accommodation. Each night very very loud music kept us awake until at least 12.30 and then you have people noise from the bar until much later. The bed linen consisted of one pillow each a bottom sheet and a bedspread only. We requested a top sheet and 2 pillows extra and these were given the same day. The cleaning staff work very hard, our room was cleaned daily. There is no tea or coffee on arrival, no tea making facility in the room as was advertised. We were forever hitting our heads on the dorma room that you could reach with your hand from the bed. The bar staff worked extremely hard, but a smile wouldn't have gone amiss. The swimming pool was clean although very cold. A big shortage of sunbeds at both pools. The food was very repetitive. The all inclusive was a bit hit and miss, frequently there no no glasses, cups, we were given childrens paper cups, we did not think these were acceptable for adults. The coffee machine kept running out of milk, and it was impossible to have a tea bag, sugar and milk all available at the same time. We would definitely not go back to this hotel in our lifetimes .

Room Tip: Do not book a room facing the pool very noisy- loud music

Having recently returned from a stay at the Dorian Hotel which is situated in a beautiful location. I cannot say the same of the hotel. In urgent need of new owenership where the Manager has good communication skills with both guests and staff. A few of the problems I encounted 3 room changes in 12 hours. The first room was more like a prison chronic lack of towels for the guests, they had to use their own. 2 dogs allowed to roam in the dining room a health hazard. Chipped plates no cups at all, filthy wine glasses, wine barrell broke in the restaraunt which was never replaced, noisy air con and paper stuffed in it to try and reduce the noise. White table cloths heavily stained covered over with red ones. The restaraunt should have had the floor cleaned daily and washed down with bleach once a week at least.

I could not recommend this hotel hopefully the next owner doesnt treat his guests and improves the hygene in the restaraunt, the one night the hotel did have entertainment it landed up in a fight and the police called.

I have come to this hotel for the past 3 years and plan to return next year. The good things are the food and choices of food, cleanliness of the rooms, although they were not cleaned as regularly this year as in previous years and we had to ask on a few occasions for clean towels. The setting and layout of the hotel is very good. The most disappointing thing this year was the lack of entertainment. Out of 14 nights, there were only 3 short entertainment periods. Luckily you could go down the street for other entertainment or up to Four Seasons in Ovacek, which was excellent. The swimming pools were very good and there were sufficient sun loungers by the pools. This small holiday resort is a perfect holiday destination.

Room Tip: If you are not happy with your room, if possible, the manager will move you to a more suitable one.

Although it was billed as a 4 star, given the price we paid for this hotel (not very much) I certainly didn’t expect a lot. On arrival I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the rooms and the lovely little balcony overlooking the bar and the pool. The gardens were well kept and the pool areas were clean.
The staff we met were all very friendly and so were the people staying there. We made some great friends. The hotel was in a great location, 5 mins walk from a fabulous beach surrounded by mountains. It was also only 15 mins walk to the beautiful lagoon (although I have to say it looks better from the air than it does when you at it).
The down sides were that the food was a bit tasteless and repetitive and the all-inclusive was a bit limited drink wise and they were very tight on it finishing at 11pm. We also had to ask three times before getting towels in our room (2 days later). The beds had the strangest linen, the sheet being made of some weird rough blanket material. But the biggest downside of all was the music. Given the average age of the clientele was older than we were (and we’re in our 40’s) I have no idea who they thought they were catering for with the insanely loud, repetitive, tortuous, music thundering out from about 9pm to midnight. Then, to top it all they started it again (albeit quieter) at about 8am in the morning. The constant booming made me want to scream when I was in my room and when we were outside at the bar it was almost impossible to hold a normal conversation.
Despite this I did have a great time and I didn’t hate the place, but I don’t think I’ll be staying there again.

Room Tip: the back of the hotel is much quieter than the front.

I had high expectations of this hotel after reading reviews however upon arrival late last Sunday with my 19mth old & husband I was informed they had NO hot water after 8pm until 6am everyday, NO laundry service, NO currency exchange, NO iron/kettle and the list goes on. We found it incredibly different with my lil one at this hotel and considering they knew we were coming didnt even bother to provide a cot.
The hotel is not child friendly and I would not recommend anyone to go there.
