Pretty place, gets very hot and crowded, used to be free but now they charge for admittance! Try the beach, it's free!!

Not only is the Blue Lagoon the best beach in Turkey, it is the most photogenic!

We went there in May (off-season but weather was perfect). We decided to find a place that offer soft-drinks, snacks, and hire a paddle boat. When we approached one of the shops, the guys were so lazy to open the cashier and offered us drinks, snacks, a paddle boat and life jackets for free - they also said the peak season starts in June.

We spent a few hours paddling in the lagoon (there were no waves at all), just like a swimming pool or a lake surrounded by green mountains and turquoise water.

It is the best to visit when it is not crowded and spend the entire day at the beach. Loved it.

PS. If you are driving to/from the area, watch out for Turtles crossing the road...

This is one of the most beAutiful spots in all the countries I have visited. Relax and enjoy the scenery and swim in the lagoon with the fish nipping for feet.

This must be one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been to. The colour of the water and the cove just seem to be too good to be true. This was our first time in Turkey and we were thrilled with the whole place. This is a must for people who like to sit and relax by the sea. One to remember.
