Lovely clean hotel - we booked interconnecting family room as we had taken our 17 year old son. His twin room bigger than our double - both with balconies. Nice shower/toilet - with hairdryer. We had to pay extra for air con for the week, but was worth it. Room cleaned and beds changed every day and also clean towels each day. The staff were lovely, even trying to include our 17 year old (slightly petulant) son in conversation etc (thank you for that). Cakes and ice cream round the pool each day a nice touch. The only negative is that there were not enough sunbeds available by the time we got up - we are not early risers (we do that enough at home going out to work each day) so by 10am loungers were scarce. I managed to get up once at 7.15am and nab three - but even at that hour the towels were out and, of course, there are those that put towels out then you see them at 5pm coming to pick them up when they've not even used the loungers all day which irritates the life out of me. I probably would return to this hotel, however not in June and definitely not with my 17 year old son who insisted on coming.

Room Tip: 116 - good size interconnecting rooms - only downside is that it overlooks the neighbouring hotel (w...

Just came home from another brilliant holiday. Stayed in the Deluxe rooms in the Blue Lagoon Hotel, not much more money than a standard room, but a massive leap in comfort.
The room was huge, as was the bathroom which had a walk in shower that could've accommodated 3-4 people (if that's your kind of thing lol).
The hotel is spotless, pool is all one depth so good for kids. George, Tanju, Mustafa and all the rest off the staff are great. We took my father in law on holiday who is nearly 70 and they looked after him very well.
Turkish night at the hotel is a must, 35 lira which is less than £10 so is well worth it. Breakfast is good, some mornings fresh omelettes, pancakes etc.
We will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Room Tip: Blocks A and B have lower ground floor rooms, block c are pool level not below ground. Deluxe room a...

We just got back from 10 days at this hotel and had a brilliant time. Arrived late at night and 24 hour reception was really helpful. After the initial disappointment of having to pay an extra £20 for air con, £20 for a fridge and £20 for a safe which is at reception, not in the room it was fine. The pool was beautiful and very clean with a beautiful background of the mountains and always a sun lounger. The rooms were a bit basic but ours had a brand new bathroom which was lovely and it was cleaned every day to a high standard! Breakfast was a bit basic but there was enough to choose from, something for everyone but was pretty much the same each day. All staff were so helpful and friendly and they came round offering ice creams/cakes/drinks which was a nice extra. Perfect location, at the top of the strip of bars and restaurants so the hotel has more privacy than others but so close to everything. Would definitely come again and recommend to others!!

Spent a week at the Blue Lagoon Hotel in Olu Deniz. Can't fault the hotel one bit. We had a deluxe room and had a double bed and a single bed in it. It was massive with a massive walk-in shower and large toilet area. Cleaner changed our towels and cleaned our room every single day. We were able to keep our room on until 5pm on day of depature at a cost of £20.
We booked the paragliding through Ramos, at the Gravity office next door. Excellent experience. Definitely would use Ramos again for booking any trips. He was extremely polite and not at all pushy.
Would like to apologise to young Mustafa who does the nightshift on reception. On our last morning we didn't get up in time to say goodbye. He was wonderful and always got us a bottle of water from the fridge before we went to bed. Will miss him lots.
We would definitely go back to Olu Deniz and to the Blue Lagoon hotel. Just a wonderful holiday and we met some wonderful people.
Would recommend the Shanghai Blues chinese restaurant on the strip - it was excellent.
We loved the beach but bare in mind that it is stoney and shingly so you will need to buy shoes to get into the water.

Room Tip: Deluxe rooms are fantastic - spacious with large toilets and huge walk in shower.

Just returned from "Blue Lagoon Deluxe Hotel" , When we arrived in resort 1t 3.30 am we were tired and thirsty, asked for drink Nothing! Showed us to our room we had requested room as pictured on website,we were met by a dungeon room no view stinking! we refused room, went back to reception everyone was at bar drinking we couldn't have one, showed us another one just as bad! we told porter we would stay till management arrived and told him to bring our cases from dungeon! We went for walk and drink arrived back an hour later, to find no cases they had been left in other room unlocked with door open! Not happy got no sense out of anyone on reception, porter drunk! slept for few hours went to reception saw Manager, who laughed when we said bags had been left in empty room and porter dunk! we had to upgrade £200 plus pay for aircon and fridge on top of what wed payed! The staff at breakfast were lovely George and crew, we didn't spend a lot of time in the Hotel because we like to go out and about, thus we didn't get much attention, I asked for fresh orange at breakfast, waited an hour read paper got myself water instead, then got an apology , Pool lovely and clean room clean, being in new block, felt wed been ripped off when someone told us they had only paid £80 for upgrade, having been to Olu deniz several times we like to try different Hotels. We feel let down leaving incompetent people on reception in the early hours is not acceptable knowing how late flights and transfers take. Overall Hotel clean bar restaurant staff friendly, old blocks want demolishing, and Deluxe it is not! I love Turkish nights but why does it have to be so loud it rattles patio doors ridiculous no joy in music being that loud! we are not old fuddy duddies at all we like a good time. Lastly the Ghastly Towel Brigade watching them at 6.30 putting 10 or more Towels down Pathetic, even got blamed for nicking 2 loungers when bar staff took them for a couple who had nowhere to lay while towel Brigade had swanned into Town! never again!

Room Tip: put rooms as poor because you have to upgrade to get anything remotely liveable. ask for new block o...

First time in Turkey and absolutely loved Oludeniz. The Blue Lagoon Hotel was perfect for us , very clean and lovely rooms. The best part about the hotel is the staff - really friendly and would do anything for you especially George, Tanju ,Mustafa, Billy and the hotel manager was very very helpful. The food is also great with a good selection to please anyone. We had lunch by the pool every day the spaghetti with tuna was to die for. We also met some lovely people. The hotel is in a perfect position just off the main strip of bars, restaurants and shops. The beach is beautiful and clean and and only a 2 minute walk down the strip. We've already booked for next year.

Room Tip: Pool view great and superior rooms are very spacious.
