“Fab Holiday”

Just spent 11 nights in this hotel - couldnt really fault it at all. Yes there were minor issues ie no entertainment but this hotel was immaculate throughout - the staff were obliging and friendly and the fact that the all inclusive finished at 11 oclock did not stop us from lining a few extra drinks up to see us thro another hour!!! Would highly recommend this hotel as excellent value for money.

My partner and I stayed with another couple for two weeks from the 3rd to the 17th of Oct. We have all been to Turkey many times over the last 20 years and our friends every one of these years in Oludeniz. But they have never stayed AI.

Yes we along with many others found our self in the Dungeon on the first night and our friends in the sister Hotel. This is not a one off and is a big problem with this hotel. It is not a good start to your holiday. Yes food in AI is a bit repetative, but if you want the food you like at home dont go AI, Its not possible to do this type of food on the scale a AI has to do at this price or any price for that matter. One of our friend would write a review which would slate every thing in this hotel. We would not but she did have some good point when you looked into it. She pointed out that the pool side was often not cleaned and she was right when you looked into it. As big stains of drink would often still be their for three or more days and plastic in the pole side grills for as long. The Hotel has a lot of glass and again when the sun comes up in the morning the large glass windows where not good. Again It was pointed out by many ladys that the public area toilets had no paper other than on the floor and had not been kept clean. But on the whole the Hotel looks and is very clean. I found the staff polite and hard working, They would solve a problem if it was in their power to do so. But you must remember so times there hands are tied. Ahmet, on reception always had his head down working and often looked in another world, is this that he has a lot to do and could do with some help. May I say not like the pool side bar manager, who sat at the end of the bar doing nothing all day and night while his staff worked non stop.

So what would I say in conclusion. Best looking Hotel in Oludeniz. Great place and area. Staff good. Ahmet I know you read these reports, Take note of anything that keeps coming up. You will never keep every one happy. Its now the end of the year in Turkey so to any one looking at going next year and reading the reports. They are all true as they see them. If you like AI go to this hotel its a nice place. My new partner has had the best holiday ever other than a cruise ship. My friends wife will not do AI again. Me I see every bodys point of view. But its only mine that matters to me and I had a great holiday in the Hotel and in Oludeniz.

Room Tip: Ask for what you think you would like. High, low, by the pool. Try not to get a room looking on the o...

Just been here for 1 week sitting in foyer waiting for transport to airport. This is a lovely hotel, clean modern and in ideal area, rooms lovely had problem with safe and it was fixed immediately. All inclusive I find hard because it's so repetitive and I am fussy but price was right for winter week. Drink.... Very poor choice wine is bearable for a few, beer is definitely watered down. There was choice in food if u like salad, pasta or chicken( drumsticks) in every kind of sauce. Entertainment absolutely rubbish, near non existence( near end of season but still full of people on holiday). One day of heavy rain and rather than keep both bars open they closed one in restaurant so if you required drink u had to get soaked going to pool bar. We were checking this hotel out for accommodation for relatives wedding in 2015 we like hotel and area but food/ drinks not great selection. Our cleaner for room 2205 was lovely and we met some lovely people. Hopefully they will get better as it's new to all inclusive.

Got back from holiday last night and i can say very impressed .The location is awesome scenery great .The staff were very freindly ,this is the first time we have been all inclusive and althought your a bit tied to meal times it was worth it .the food is very good and plenty of it.the pool was nice and the rooms excellent .It has a modern feel to this hotel. Not far to walk to the beach and bars and restaurants. There is a free dolmus to the seahorse beach which is well worth the visit. The staff were very freindly and helpful.we will be going again .Value for money in a word

Room Tip: We were in the second block 2203 which had a side view to the pool and the sea

We stayed as a group of 12 - incl kids and elderly. We all lived this hotel, the food, the entertainment and how close it is to the beach.
The only bad point is that if you want a chair by the swimming pool you have to get up early to leave a towel on it/reserve it.
The service is 5 star.
Really recommend it.

Me and my girlfriend have just returned from a ten night stay at the Montebello Resort. In general we found the stay fantastic, the rooms were nice and modern, bathroom was nice, hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.

However we had a bit of a nightmare on the first night... After hours of travelling we finally arrived at The Montebello Resort at about 10:30pm to be told that as they were very busy we did not have a room that night. As you can imagine we were not happy about this and couldn't understand how this could happen. We were offered to stay in a couple of small rooms right at the back of the hotel but Me and my partner called them the dungeon rooms as there were no windows or anything. As you can imagine we were not happy with this so the guy on reception offered to take us to their sister hotel just down the road which we had to do in the end. This hotel was no where near as nice as the one we had paid for but it had to do. The man on reception seemed very uninterested and not particularly helpful or understanding of our situation. He told us to come back at 9am the next morning which we did. By this time there was a new person on reception and to be fair to him he was very helpful and got us in a nice room as quickly as he could.

After the nightmare first night our stay was amazing. But because of the terrible first night I would have to think twice before going there again

Stayed here for 10days on my own. All inclusive
I can't fault any of it.
The hotel was spotless
Lovely looking, modern
Food was good, variety & plenty laid on all through the day,
Loved the fact you could fill your water bottles up by there water filters.
Entertainment was good, especially the water polo but it helps that there was a friendly group around the pool.
I used the gym once as it was too hot before I even started my workout, but it is downstairs by the sauna no air con
Would differently go again.
The hotel is in walking distance to the bars & shops. & beach which is shingle.
I went to sunbath so didn't do much sightseeing. But I heard the mud baths were good, & Safari was a laugh, shop about for best price,
The Turkish bath at the hotel was the only let down, it was very rushed,
Brill holiday
