Just got bk from 2 weeks holiday this was our 5th time here in 5 years.
The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings and a short walk to the strip and beach.
The hotel is lovely and clean rooms cleaned everyday
Good food
Great management team throughout the hotel
Entertainment team were amazing this year with Jeffrey, afro and tuce they always came and said hello and shake your hand making you feel very welcome the comedy shows were so funny I even had to help them with a couple of shows it was amazing and I've made good friends with these people they are a credit to the hotel.truce the female entertainer also did the children's disco at night before the main show and sat with kids during the day on the grass helping them do some colouring and other bits and bobs.
Mike who is the masseur is quality I had my 1st Turkish bath and I would highly reccomend it
Ahmet who runs the shop is the most kindest man I have ever met always willing to help.
All in all this hotel just keeps getting better and better and I will be back again next year.

Nice hotel, definitely 3 star but the food was good, staff pleasant & helpful. Rooms reasonable with a fridge (even though we were on all inclusive basis), the only thing I would complain about would be the poor facilities to shower on the last day of your holiday. There isn't a door to close in either the male or female showers & a kind fellow traveller stood guard whilst I took a shower before leaving the hotel! Probably worth paying to have a late check out in the room if it is available, Excellent area in Oludeniz only 10 minutes walk to the beach & free shuttle bus to the Seahorse beach which is well worth a visit. We would definitely book again.

Room Tip: All rooms have mountain views

Had a week at this hotel and we loved it. The room was a good size and cleaned everyday, the pool area was big enough for everyone to enjoy and sunbathe. There was a good variety of food and drinks all day long. The staff were brilliant especially the barman Jj, reception manager Ahmet and Jeffrey who made our stay very welcoming. The waiters were also lovely to chat to. I wish I stayed for 2 weeks as it went so quick and didn't want to leave. I would definatly recommend this hotel in Olu Deniz and I will hope to go back again.

Our room was better than expected for the price we paid. We had a king size bed along with bunk beds and a single bed even though there was just the two of us but I would assume that this was the layout for most rooms. The bathroom had a shower and a big vanity unit with plenty of room to wash and shave etc.. with a hairdryer on hand. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, along with nail files, comb and cotton buds were provided. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day along with the towels and bedding. One big plus was the tv that was a flat screen; I have never in all the countries I have visited in Europe, had such a wide choice of channels. In most countries you would have just BBC news, here you had about 8 channels you could watch including many live Premier League football matches which was ideal for me!!
You just need to be careful with children watching because there were films in the middle of the day which I would consider 18 certificate.
The food on the all inclusive was quite varied but more often than not involved chicken as the main dish of the day. There was always plenty of salad and bread (the hotel had its own bakery) and many desserts to choose from for lunch and dinner.Like other visitors, I did find the food not hot, quite often, so tended to wait until I saw a new tray replacing another one so I knew it was hot. This I found every morning with the scrambled egg - it was always cold. I did complain to the rep and she said to keep me informed but didn't see her again throughout the stay. Every evening they would have a portable cooking unit cooking a different speciality every night eg Kebab, fish, lamb etc which was very popular. Also every morning you could have a freshly made omelette with your choice of cheese, ham, tomato, onion or chicken added, which proved equally as popular.Service from the staff attending the tables was excellent, with the dishes removed almost as soon as you finish. Food was available from early morning to midnight via the restaurant and snack bar which i thought was excellent.
As previous writers have stated, plastic cups were provided up to 7 o'clock which I thought was right because drinks were taken around the pool and you would have ended up with glass around that area. Once everyone finished around the pool the bar returned to glass so not a problem. Alcoholic drinks were adequate but not that varied in choice. Soft drinks were always available in the bar, restaurant or snack area so the children and non alcohol drinkers were well catered for.
Location of the hotel was excellent; you were 200 yards away from the strip with all its shops and restaurants if you fancied a change. Every sporting need was catered for by the bars including every Premier football league game live. The hotel was 1/4 mile from the beach and approxiamately one mile from the famous Blue Lagoon. The only disappointment was that both beaches were pebble and shail not sandy.
Entertainment at the hotel was quite average but then it was coming to the end of the season and by the time we were leaving, it was no more than half full.
To summarise, the accomodation was excellent, food was good but quite often not hot enough, staff were excellent as was the location.
One word of warning; you will be woke up every morning if you are a light sleeper, at 6 am by the call to prayer at the Mosque, which is within 1/2 a mile away. There is no escaping that whichever hotel of the forty or so you are staying in the Oludeniz area.
I've scored the hotel a 4 instead of a 5 because of the food and lack of entertainment.

Room Tip: All rooms were close to the pool. The rooms were divided into blocks over 3 floors each but with no...

Clean comfortable hotel. Food absolutely nasty and always below tepid at every meal. No glasses available until after 7 p.m. rest of day plastic beakers to drink out of. We tried to eat the food for 6 days but gave up in the end - even filled out a form along with many others - which the rep gave to us but to no avail - nothing changed. This is not typical Turkish food no matter what you are told by anyone it's just food re-cycling. Such a shame because Olu Deniz is a lovely place but this hotel does not even deserve the rating it has due to the aforementioned. The location is also extremely noisy until the early hours. Balconies are tiny. Personally we will not be returning to this hotel again probably along with the other 400 guests that were there the same time as us.
