I cannot understand why this restaurant is so far down the ratings! Perhaps because not many people have reviewed it. It is the best!! If you read this, visit and then agree, please leave a review. Let's get it to Number 1!!

Each time we go to Olu Deniz, we visit this restaurant several times. We love it!

We like the meze starter and my favourite main course is Hasan Pasha Kofte, which is basically mincemeat, topped with mashed potato and cheese. Which sounds very simple, but is very tasty. They also have numerous chicken and steak dishes, some English, some Turkish. All very nice and cooked to perfection.

The setting of the restaurant is also very nice. Set in a small courtyard, with lots of vines, trees and flowers growing over the top. Many tables set for two, with romantic candles. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly, helpful staff.

Perfect place to while away a couple of hours over a beautiful meal.

Once again, best restaurant in Olu Deniz!

On arrival at the hotel we stayed at, we were given leaflets on and about in Olu Deniz, and saw the advert for " The Secret Garden" amongst others. It was the picture that caught my attention, all greenery, trees, plants etc. So later in the afternoon, after a walk around the beach area we decided to have a look, and we were told that we were welcome in just for a drink, we didnt have to have a meal. We were immediatley impressed with the surroundings, and too the welcome, and the service.
So we decided to go back again in the evenings for the next few nights for drinks. Again we were welcomed like friends, and you could see by the amount of customers they had in each night that it was very popular, so we decided to have a meal the nxt night, and we were not disappointed!!. Our table was decorated with flower petals, which looked lovely, from the start of the meal to the end it was superb. The service was fantastic, the staff wonderful, and nothing was ever too much trouble , what a gem of a place it is. So if the owners or staff are reading this we are the couple you named us YORKIE'S !!

The thing I loved about this restaurant is the beautiful surroundings and the fact it felt genuinely Turksh - the food was exceptionally fresh, tasty & beautifully presented. The actual restuarant is hidden down some steps - if you looked in from the pavement you would think it was empty but this is only the bar area. Although it was busy the night we went, the service was perfect- attentive and genuine. The menu is hugely varied with lots of choice ranging from traditional Turkish dishes right through to steak & chips. Lovely - I would definitely return. The prices were very reasonable - worth every penny.

Stayed just round the corner from the Secret Garden and visited it twice for evening meals and twice more late afternoon as my young son(6) wanted to.

Havent done a review of restaurants on TA and having been to Olu 7 times was very surprised to see this restaurant so low down the rankings and even more surprised to see oithers above iut. But I guess it all comes down to personnel experiences, ultimately thats what restaurants live and die on..

Found this restaurant excellent al round, great service and value for money. Try the Sea Bass from teh specials board, was the best i have had thus far in Olu.

Young son loved it eating there late afternoon, try it if you have young ones with you as it is very quiet and the chidrens food is excellent.

We had the lamb casserole for two. Amazing flavour and well presented. Good house wine. Very nice staff and just a great setting as the name suggests.
