We weren't disappointed with Hotel Oludeniz. We were on a budget and it met our expectations. Decent rooms/ bathrooms and nice pool with a nice adjoining bar. The staff was polite and friendly. It was not next to beach but only 7-10 mins walk (lots of shops and restaurants nearby) from the beach front. No complaints. A good bargain compared to the other resorts that were charging almost 1.5/2 times what we paid here.
No complaints.

Turned up at hotel in early October and got room for 50TL. Not used to 2 or 3 star hotels being a backpacker and it seemed very nice. Didn't find noise to be a problem as bar over road seemed to finish about midnight.Hotel was away from all the noisier bits of the resort.
Take bus up to Badegar? for great views where all the paragliders launch. Lovely walk from Kaya Koyu ruined village back to Oludeniz with good swimming spot easily found on the quiet side of the lagoon. Scheduled boat service to Butterfly Valley but don't attempt walk up to village above unless you are prepared to scramble using ropes! Route up is to the right NOT at the waterfall!

My husband and I spent 8 night stay at the Hotel Oludenis in September 2011.We decided to book it after reading reviews in Internet .And I can say that we are not mistaken.
Good location of hotel- not far from the beach and the main street of OluDeniz and at the same time on a fairly quiet street. The hotel area is well appointed purely grow flowers and different trees.

Our room was located in front of another hotel and not against the road or the pool. That's why it was comfortable to sleep. Room was not great but it's standard for hotels of this type. Our room cleaned every day.

The staff were so friendly and helpful.

I think that this hotel is for those who enjoy a quiet relaxing

My partner and I travelled to Olu Deniz for 10 days in September 2011 and stayed at this really pleasant hotel. It's in a great location just a 5 minute walk from the beach.

It was our first time in Turkey and we were a little unsure of what to expect or what the standard may be. We were very pleasantly surprised! The rooms were quite small but very clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning was very good and each room has a little balcony. The bathroom was quite basic and the shower wasn't the best but it was only a minor negative.

The pool area and bar area is lovely. We spent 3 or 4 of our 10 days lying by the pool and it was very peaceful and there were always plenty of loungers.

The hotel staff are very friendly and quite sociable. They always do everything they can for you and take an interest in how you are enjoying your stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! There were lots of couples there when we stayed although there were1 or 2 families which showed it is child friendly also.

Great hotel - I will be going back without a doubt!!

Room Tip: Maybe ask for a 1st floor room rather than ground floor to get full use of Balcony.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks in late Sep/early Oct. We asked for a pool facing room as recommended by another reviewer but found it too noisy as the bar stays open very late & the traffic noise is also enhanced since the area around the pool is tiled. When we moved to a garden facing room the noise levels dropped significantly & we slept a lot better as we could do so without the aircon whilst leaving the patio door open which wasn't an option when in the pool facing room.
We arranged an airport transfer through Ethem & the very pleasant driver greeted us at the Dalaman airport arrivals area & even offered to buy us water on the comfortable airconditioned transfer to the hotel. However our return transfer wasn't as pleasant since the shuttle had no AC & the driver smoked in the vehicle.
TIP: Make sure you stipulate AC & non smoking transfer if preferred!
Breakfasts were more than adequate & the Turkish buffet we had at the hotel for 20 liras was very good value.
The pool area is exactly as it shows in the photos & is kept immaculately clean by the hard working staff. Mehmet / Tommy is always around & works tirelessly to ensure guests needs are met.
The hotel is close to the main roads & the noise factor was an issue for us since the drivers tend to race around alot & the vehicle tires are a bit noisy on the paved streets.
There are plenty restaurants close by & the dolmus' stop very close by.

BEACH TIPS: Make sure you visit Kidrak beach for a quiet beach day where the water is unbelievably clear & the pine trees offer plenty of shade. It is located about 3km from Oludeniz & can be accessed by dolmus.
Kabak beach is pleasant but not really worth the long drive/dolmus trip as well as the climb down & back up the valley.
EXCURSIONS: The daily boat trips which depart from the main beach at 10.30/11am are worth going on as it's a whole day outing for about 20 liras incl lunch.
EATING/DRINKING OUT: Buzz Beach Bar & Restaurant is fantastic and HELP is excellent for sundowners.

Room Tip: Garden facing rooms are much better for a good nights sleep. Rooms 46 or 47 are good options as both are far enough away from the main road & the trees seem to absorb some of the noise.
