This is a collection of bungalows next to a camping area located on a lagoon just outside of Oludeniz on the Mediterranean. To be clear, the beach, while nice, does not have a view of the Mediterranean. You would need to paddle out of the lagoon. There is a nice beach in Oludeniz on the sea. We stayed in the "luxury" bungalow, which I would recommend. Room was decent size with nice bed and bath. Breakfast is pre-selected for you - mostly Turk favorites. Restuarant on site has ok food but nice view of the beach. Chairs and umbrellas are provided on the beach and boats and accessories are available for rent. We found it a bit too Bohemian for us, but Sugar Beach is stil a solid, reasonably priced selection. And you are away from the hustle and bustle of Oludeniz. Staff was helpful and spoke decent English. But I found them a bit difficult to understand at times and the service was not as good as we had at other hotels in Turkey (a high bar, however). Oludeniz is a 10 minute walk away. The minibus from Fethiye will take you right to Sugar Beach.

Room Tip: I imagine the regular bungalows are a bit spartan. Go for the luzury bungalow.

Absolute bliss. I am loathe to write this because I don't want anyone else to go there. I want to keep it as a secret. Sat right on the blue lagoon in Olu Deniz. Chiled, blissful, friendly and gorgeous. What more can I say. Go check it out!

Room Tip: Ask for a luxury bungalow right near the beach

A great place to relax and unwind on the famous Blue Lagoon, beach beds are comfortable with plenty of space between them. The bar /restaurant serves excellent food with an extensive menu, Recep and the rest of lads give very good service and the shows at lunchtime are worth staying to watch with a cold beer.

My partner and myself recently spent two nights in a luxury bungalow. The bungalow was spacious, clean, quiet and of a high quality. The beach is a beautiful lagoon surrounded by mountains. You just have to lie on your sun bed (free when you stay in a beach hut) and ask one of the friendly and efficient staff for drinks and food. The food and service at the beach restaurant is amazing and they cater for all tastes and needs. The reception staff were very welcoming and were more than pleased to assist. We will definitely be returning to sugar beach again in the near future. Can't wait!!!
