“Very good and the best!!”
Reviewed September 19, 2013 via mobile

I arrived from Turkey today morning and im so sad about it! I had a long awful summer with lots of bad memories but this one week holiday helped me and my family! We were four but we got one suite with six bed and privet pool and that was awesome!!! The foods and fruits and deserts are great and the restaurants (specialy Turkish one) are awesome and high quality! The pools are very big and very good and The entertaiment group is awesome and partys are amazing and wounderfull with very good showman(Mr Amir) and fabulous Dj!! I enjoyed the beach, water games, water sports and the sports that they have(Zomba,Pilates, step aerobic & etc.)alot! Thanks from all of them!!! But the hotel need some repairments because it's little old but in the other ways it's an excellent hotel in Belek!

On arriving the hotel greet was very prompt, proffesional, as we went with another couple, they upgraded us to share a superior suite, which was handy...
The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, cleaned and topped up every day, only what you would expect for a 5*......however there was nothing glamourous about them,,, nothing extra from what I have seen before, our bed didnt have a head board. The air con wasnt great. The balconys were tiny and faced each other, which wasnt great....
The swimming pools were good, and plenty of them, however as normal, if you dont place a towel down you will be left burning out in the sun,,, this was the case and the hotel was defienatley not at full numbers.
The beach was ok, clean soft sand.... plenty of shade if needed.
The restuarants were great, the main buffet rest was open 24/7, the food was good, however at times too much choice..... the a la cart rest were even better, food and service... some you have to pay a 10 euro booking fee, but you can tell why by the food... an service,
The restaurant over the bridge is good and better food for lunch..
All drink was included, even branded , vodka etc, didnt pay for any alcohol.
However we did find the service at the bars was hard work, staff not knowing what drink they had etc,,, we would ask for something an get something completly diff, or ask for 2 you get 1...
One night a waiter served us at table an spelt his whole tray over me,, we were left waiting almost half an hour after waiting for a replacement!!!!!!
Also did find if someone came along who spoke their language or near it , they would serve them in between!!!!!
The english are a minority there, I wouldnt personally go back on the basis that your invisible...
The entertainment was brilliant, no complaints there, the pier partys were good....
Also you can hire the chalets around the pool, which gives you some privacy and a butler to serve,, I would only do this on the last day as once you had it you will not want to go back to the normal beds etc..near moany kids..
Went out on a boat trip for a day which was nice as gets you away from the complex....
Partners went white water rafting, which they say was really good,,,
Overall a good trip,, but have had better,,

Room Tip: always ask for an upgrade,, say your aniversary etc....

Although we had a good holiday this is not a hotel we would return to. The staff were lovely but there were not enough of them so consequently service was patchy. Some were excellent some were barely acceptable. The attention to detail that you expect in a 5 star hotel and at this cost was a little lacking. However the rooms were very large, comfortable and clean. It did irritate that of 14 days we were there that the rooms were only cleaned before 3pm on 3 occasions. The food in the main buffet restaurant was excellent, one of the best all inclusive buffets we have found anywhere. The beach was great, plenty of shade and we had no problem getting sunbeds at all. The pool was much busier and certainly by 9am there were no sunbeds available. The main reason that we will not be returning is that the hotel was overrun with children under 10, most of whom were not made to behave at all. This is not the fault of the hotel, its just not our scene, as our children, who travelled with us, are now adults. We also feel that it is overpriced for what it is.

We was for the new year's eve party in this luxury resort. The rooms was very clean, large and with a nice sea vue. When I arrived I found wine, flowers and fresh fruits. The staff was available and friendly. At the Spa I was many times. After the turkish bath and coffee scrub the massage with a lot of oil was one of the best I ever tried.Compliments for the spa's staff and for the management of this hotel.

We have been at this hotel several times - enjoyed it every time.
Nice rooms, nice food and exellent service.
The beach was cleen and nice with first clas service.
Several restaurants and a big main restaurant - good food everywhere.
It was a quiet atmosphere at the hotel that made our holiday very ralaxing.

Although a nice property with decent rooms, this is not the type of 5 star resort Americans are used to. The food is sub-par, rooms are ok, and there is no adult only area in the entire hotel. Not bad for families with children, but not really a place for couples or young people.
