I visited this hotel in June 2012.This hotel is really good. But hall wasn't so spectacular, like I expected from the hotel of so high level. Also it is really hard to find anything, especially in first days, because hotel is completely unclear.Rooms are really good, but sometimes cleaning must be better. The territory is really beatiful.A lot of amazing plants. The beach is clean and high quality.Service is good enough, but could be better. The food is good, really big variety. Also Spa is really good.
Good hotel for family holidays, but also a good idea for young people.

We spent 10 days at the beginning of October 2012. in a LAKE SUITE, which was the best choice by far with a 2 years old kid, as it has two own teracce and direct access to the pool.
Our overall opinion is that SUSESI is a very good hotel of very high standards with good quality of service.
The suite was extremely spacious and comfortable. If you travel with a kid who still sleeps during the day - our son sleeps 2-3 hours… - this is a very good way to enjoy the day and the sun (using a baby monitor)for both parents, instead of sitting in the room while the kid is sleeping.

Room service was OK, they did the daily cleaning but we had to call them to replace the minibar, which was included in the Ultra All Inclusive service. That was a bit strange.

The restaurants, bars and the choice of food were just amazing: a wide variety of dishes and different type of cuisines, eg. Italian, Tukish, Russian, Far-Eastern, etc., however they serve the same selection on weekly basis. But never mind, on the second week you can make up for what you missed on the first :)
Regarding drinks, they serve real international spirits, like Finlandia, Gordon's, JWalker, etc, which are included, and only some really expensive spirits are for charges.
I guess there is only a half our during the day, when you can't eat somewhere on the premises.

The pools were very clean but we did not spend too much time around, rather went to the beach. If you arrive early in the morning, you have the chance to get some sunbeds. After 10 it is rather hard to find any. They use some very ugly plastik rubbish baskets, which I think were below the hotel standards, but I am a bit of perfectionist..

If you stay in one of the lake suites or family teracce rooms, do not miss to try the lagoon swim: from the lagoon pool you can swim (or walk in the the water) to the big central pool. Nice and easy.

There is quite a small gym above the indoor pool, we tried it some times and it was fair enough.

Kid's club is completely separeted, and very safe, but if your kid do not speak russian… well not the best place. Otherwise you can check the kid's club's on-line cameras on a direct TV channel from your room, which I think is a very good idea.
You also can rent baby strolley, which is really comfortable, because you do not have to carry it, but as I remember well, for 20 Eur/day, which is not cheap.

Stuff were really kind, despite that we did not give too much tip and we are not Russian. Waiters in the main restaurant were a bit reluctant but this was usually the question of their daily mood.

There are only a few shops on the hotel premises, which are incredibly expensive, but Russian guests pay any price for anything,,,,,

So all in all, we warmly recommend this hotel, but we think that in the next 3-4 years they should do some renovation.

Room Tip: With a small kid, Lake suite or Family teracce rooms are the best ! Not cheap, but worth it !

I really can't find fault with the actual hotel. It really is an enormous place and if you are looking for a small, intimate holiday then this isn't the place for you. The hotel is massive and the facilities are good. Pretty standard bedrooms with no real complaints other than the balcony is tiny and only useful for drying swimming costumes and the hairdryer in the bathroom is next to useless.
The food in the main restaurant is really good. I am a vegetarian and there was only once in a 10 day stay that I struggled to find something I wanted. However it is extremely busy and the waiters are very keen to tidy up after you. One evening my partner and I both left our table to get our second course and when we got back our table had been cleared and set up for someone else. They were mortified and soon rectified this. We ate in the Oriental restaurant twice and would highly reconmmend this, they couldn't have been more helpful over my vegetarian requirements and the food was fabulous.
The pool bar does the best coffee :-)
The pool areas are lovely but very, very busy and you ahve to be up very early to get a decent sunbed. The hotel is adamant that people aren't allowed to reserve beds but trust me if you aren't there by 05:30/06:00 then you won't get one.
We spent most of our days on the beach but again you have to reserve the beds there as well but can be done at a slightly more respectable hour of aout 08:00. There were certain nationalites there though that didn't respect personal space at all and if they din't have an unbrella they thought it was OK to move under ours and smoke and allow their kids to pee on the sand when the toilets were only about 100 yards away. Although we liked the beach, aminly because it was cooler there than by the pool, it was very crowded and didn't feel very 4 star, more Blackpool on a hot bank holiday.
Would I go back, no but did I enjoy my holiday, absolutley.
Anyone who does go there please feed the kittens that live on the terrace out the back of the main bar off reception, they are really hungry.
Enjoy.

Have just returned from a short visit to this hotel, hubby and I have a break in a hotel near to home instead of buying each other a Christmas present.

We were in a standard deluxe sea view room, could not fault this - a superking size bed, sofa, coffee table and easy chair, large bathroom. The aircon which obviously is used to warm the room in the winter was the best we've ever had.

Couldn't find any fault with the food, plenty and varied. Named imported drinks served, eg. Famous Grouse Whisky, Chivas Regal etc.

The only downside was the fact that there was nothing to do except eat and drink .
There are two indoor swimming pools and the hamman is free and apart from this thats it, nothing else going on. There were a few activities but we turned up to play darts and no sign of the entertainment staff, so we went to the bar instead.

We were the only English staying in the hotel, in fact, it was very quiet and if it had not been for a football team from Germany and one from Turkey staying there would have been less than 100 people there.

It would have been nice if at least one of the outside bars had been open but they were all closed as even in the winter it is nice to sit in the sun with a few drinks. There were outside tables and chairs by the large inside bar, but unfortunately they are situated in a place which is not sheltered from the wind.

To be fair to the hotel I have rated it as excellent as it is, it would just have been nicer if there had been some organised daytime entertainment.

Just a word for people wanting to go out and about, it's about a 35 minute walk into Belek which is full of tourist shops selling tat at greatly inflated prices, but it does have plastic Roman ruins!!!

Very nice place for both short and long holiday. The hotel is large with cozy rooms, most of which have sea view. The territory is not large but green and everything is organized wisely. The hotel has couple nice restaurants, coffee place ( it is close to the spa, so you can go out for a cup of coffee with tasty dessert) very nice spa center with two pools (indoor and outdoor) sport gym. There is also one more pool in front part of the hotel. It is long and winding, very cool. There are many entertainig activities to paticipate in if you are interested. It won`t take you long to walk to the beach. The sunbeds are standing both on the shore and on the pier. There are two open bars, one is on the beach and another one is at the pool. The canteen zone is situated near a very nice fountain, cuisine is very diverse, everyone will defiantly find something to its taste. Almost every evening they make theme dinners (international cuisine). You won`t feel bored in the evenings, always something going on around. Drinks (alcoholic and non) are of good quality. The service staff is very helpful and kind.
This place make a very nice impression. There is probably only one minus i can comment on -internet connection. You can find wi-fi only in the lobby, there is no internet in the rooms.
If you would ask to go or not, to this place, i would defiantly say yes. It is not cheap but worth it. There are not so many decent hotels in Turkey and Susesi is one of them.
Have a nice trip

Fantastic hotel with good food and excellent service. Check before booking that there are no conferences being held there. 600 people arrived during our stay. Therefore the buffet restaurant was so busy and finding a table not easy. Holiday makers do not want to be surrounded by 'suits and laptops '. A la carte restaurants closed many nights so no alternatives for us to eat somewher else. Travelled with Thomas Cook.....may be their responsiblity to inform clients.
