This hotel is MASSIVE!!! It has it all and delivery can't be bettered. The restaurants are fantastic and there are many.... The Mediterranean is to die for and they serve the wine by the bottle not the glass. The restaurant staff can't do enough for you. The bedrooms are big and airy, ours had two balconies and a bathroom that's bigger than my bedroom at home. The pools are great and very welcoming. The beach goes on for ever and there's no seaweed. The hotel has lovely grounds and caters to everyone's fitness interests. The hotel is also very Eco friendly and has lots of recycling bins around the grounds. Pets corner is a great idea as it stops people taking food from the restaurants to feed the local animals as the hotel itself provide animal food. The only down sides I could mention would be... This hotel is not for people with mobility issues as there is a lot of walking involved and many steps and stairs cases. Also if you are English speaking most if the guests are either Austrian or German and a lot of the evening entertainment is geared towards German speakers. Even though I don't speak German, it was quite nice to be in the minority for two weeks. Because the hotel is more popular with Germans I think this meant the quality of accommodation and food was far higher. This hotel was worth the money!

Excellent service all week, never felt like i am `disturbing` the staff. They were always helpful and smiling. Despite other arabic countries such like Tunis, here tipping is not the key for minimum service.
Food...It is always difficult to cook for thousands of people, but in waterworld the chef is getting the vibe. Varied meals every day, with almost no repeat, never heard that they ran out of something. Never had to beg for assistance, drinks, etc. In the main restaurant. The secondaries are excellent as well, the buffet, the mexican and the ala carte erestaurant, you should try each and decide.
The activities are limitless from mini club to free surf tutoring with patient instructors and lovely animators. In addition watersports, football, beach volley etc. And every evening show in the amphitatrum.
Thecity nearby is very cosy and friendly with clean streets and a nice waterfall. The shops are having good quality fakes.

a lot of activities all day long, dancing, jogging....
We stayed for 11 days and had 2 times a water party, which was fun and 1 time a foam party at the beach. Disco quite ok, starts normally after the live shows. (semi outside)
Food is ok but sometimes very busy. (which is normal in august)
Rooms are basic but clean. If you are looking for luxury I would recommend another hotel.
The relax pool is nice. (with bar in the water)
The main pool has a couple of water slides and also a lot of activities at the main pool (with music)

This place is nothing exceptional, but we had really nice holidays there. Food was good, staff was ok, beach, pools, restaurants, rooms...everything was fine. They organize some thematic evenings, which we were not interested in, but I ve noticed other people loved it.
It is sort of a place where there is nothing to complain about, but also, as I ve already said, nothing to point out as exceptional. At the énd, I would say it was and it is a good value for money if you just want to relax for a week, doing nothing, sitting by the beach or pool...

This was my first visit of Turkey based all inclusive hotel. Being used to standards in the Caribbeans the resort was somehow disappointing. Especially because the cost was the same.

The rooms are very basic. There are usually 3 beds, you have to ask for double bed when you make the reservation. The TV was small and there was no iron or ironing board. In the bathroom there was hairdryer. We changed two rooms and in one the mini bar was empty and we had to call the reception twice to bring us some drinks. To be honest the room and especially the bathroom were really clean.

There were quite a few restaurants ans bistros in the resort. I loved Turkish and Brazilian restaurant. But reserve the a la carte restaurant as soon as possible since they get full really soon. The food was good and various. I wish I could say the same for the drinks...The cocktails mixed in "Wunderbar" tasted all the same. The ones by the disco were better. But in both bars they were not very generous with alcohol unless you specifically told the barman to pour you more alcohol than usually.

Every night there were shows in the arena and live music next to it. There was also a club that opened at midnight but the average age there was 15 years. There are also plenty of sports and other activities organized the whole day. So there is really impossible to be bored.

Since it was really hot and there was not much shade on the beach I spent most of my days by the swimming pool. The pools were really clean after 9 o'clock but earlier they were full of bugs who drowned there over the night.

The staff was generally nice. Some did not even reply to your hello, some were extremely helpful. What bothered me was that most of the staff only spoke German. Of course there are a looot of Germans but I guess at least basic English language is a must in every hotel.

My impression was that when they opened the hotel it was really something special. But then after a few years they just stopped trying. For example the pools were nice but some beach towels were really to damaged to be still in use. Or the 24-hour bar called Wunderbar. It has the best location in the whole resort but there is no music and no waiters so guests mainly go there and use the Internet there which makes it the most boring bar in the world.
I am not saying it is a bad hotel but it should offer more for that price.

Gesamt
It was our first time in Magic Life. We choose Magic Life Waterworld to please our teenage daughter and it seemed to be an absolute success!
At first we were quite impressed by the huge number of guests and the noise, but from the moment we discovered the ADULT RELAX POOL, everything was perfect. There we had everything we needed: a beautiful, mostly quiet pool, a bar, nice people of our age around who also preferred some quietness, trees around.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, congratulations for the HR-management, it shouldn’t be easy to keep everybody focused with those temperatures.
Our room was situated in the main building, it was a bit old but very clean. Next time we will ask for the Hills Rooms.
Our daughter went to the teens club and she had a great time, getting in contact with all different nationalities, good for her German and English.
Very beautiful domain, you have it all: the see, the sun, the trees, the accommodation, the setting, the sports facilities, the spa, the animation, the dolce far niente …
Conclusion: even if we were a bit septic at arrival, we had a great time and we would surely recommend this hotel to other families with teenagers!
Essen & Trinken
The main restaurant was OK: enough variety, also a lot of vegetables. We also tried the à la carte restaurants: Italian, Thai, fish and Brasil: the Brasilian restaurant was the best one. Nevertheless, all those different restaurants created a lot of variety. Also recommended: the Sissi pastry bar.
The Aqua Bar at the adult pool offered a nice service: wine with ice cubes, if desired. In the afternoon staff comes along with a cold towel to fresh up the face, afterwords they bring a non-alcoholic cocktail. We appreciated this very much.
Also Zapata, the Mexican restaurant at noon near our pool, was a nice experience.
The house wine is included, even in the à la carte restaurants. The red one was rather tasty.
The cocktails in the evening were also ok: mojito’s were the popular drink.
What we appreciated a lot were the many fridges with bottles of cold water all over the domain.

I stayed with my family in ML Waterworld in the middle of July. Please be prepared that the max temperature during the day reaches 45C and the temperature during night goes down to 30C. The air is always humid.

The overall impression is very positive. Waterworld belongs to Magic Life resorts of wide TUI network. You can be sure that they pay a lot of attention to the quality of management and service. I can confirm that the service was top quality. The general manager (Turkish) inspected all the facilities during the day to keep motivation to the stuff. The stuff was always friendly and helpful. They always try to find an individual approach to every single guest, trying to speak guest's own language... Russian, German, English... whatever. The territory is very big and green but the capacity is huge as well. During a peak season it is a bit overcrowded. The main feature of the hotel is its all-inclusive sports activities and own mini aqua-park. If you feel like sport oriented Waterworld is the right place to stay. But if you come for lazy "beer" holidays you won't get good value for the money you've spent. Of course they try to attract as many categories of people as possible and you'll never be bored ether if you are a young or matured couple or parents with babies, but the aim category is families with teenagers.

The food is also fine. The main "Magico" restaurant gives you a wide variety of food and drinks. They try to make a thematic or traditional dinner every day but to be honest you'll hardly feel difference between lets say "Asian" and "French" cuisine as changes are minor. 5 a-la-carte restaurants gives you more flexibility for dinner. The food quality (IMHO) is better than in main restaurant. You can choose between Turkish, Fish, Italian, Brazilian and Thai cuisines. We tried all of them. You can order local bottled wine in a-la-carte that we always did. French or Italian wine are not free and be ready to overpay a lot if you really would like to order it. We reserved Turkish a-la-carte for our son's Birthday dinner. We were amazed by complimentary cake with candles from the stuff at the end of the dinner.

Talking about some issues that disappointed us a bit I would start with the comfort of the room. We stayed in Hill Suite. It is 2-floor spacious room with 2 bathrooms which I appreciated very much but with extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows. Another point was the air conditioning. It was my first time when I faced with centralized air system. They switch off cooling during the night to save the energy. Moreover the air brings you a horrible canalization smell in the evening at the same time every day. So you'd better switch it off rather than feel the smell. We complained about that to reception but they didn't mange to fix it. The quality of the room cleaning could be better. It was an issue with luck of sunbeds at the main pool. If you come at 9 am you'll never find an unoccupied sunbed. They were always occupied in advance by Germans or Austrians in spite of the special notice at the entrance to the pool not to do it. It's a pity but we had to do the same.

The beach is huge with plenty of available sunbeds at any time. The sea was warm and comfortable for small children. There was a water motor sport such as jetski and so on but very pricy. What I didn't like is that you must rent it only on you own beach facilities. If you try to go to another hotel looking for better price or conditions nobody will even talk to you and send back to you own motor sport facilities. So I had to rent even I didn't like the price and service.

To conclude... ML Waterworld is top quality resort for active sporty people and teenagers but with some comfort issues. Good value for money if you use majority of its all-inclusive sports facilities only.
