We spent 7 days being spoilt and pampered by the wonderful staff at the Gloria Serenity. Without doubt the best all inclusive resort in the area, excellent resturants, superb spa and lovley setting.
The staff are all very attentive and the management will do everything they can to make the stay special, this was our 2nd visit and the moment we got back we booked to return in September!!
Special thanks to Selim

We spent 4 days at the Gloria Serenity on an all inclusive basis and loved everything and every minute we spent there. It is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at in all our years of travel. All inclusive was true to its word - all food and drink ( premium brands as well as local) in the buffet restaurant as well as the a la carte restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Anything extra had to be signed for - no money could be spent in the hotel - and no pressure from the staff for tips. The indoor swimming pool and spa are was fantastic. The weather wasnt brilliant but we didnt mind. The area is very popular with golfers. We would definately return given half a chance!

Wonderful place. Loved everything, plenty of space to yourself. Yes there are some rich Russian people there, very strnage you have the supermodel couples and the large families and nothing in between. They are nowhere near as bad as the British Football Shirted brigade that you get at some other resorts. They seem obsessed with the beach anyway which left the beautiful gardens and pool that circles the hotel just to ourselves on some mornings. Buffet was very good, with prawns to die for. The other restaurants all good too. Make sure you try and book early and when the machine in reception that you use to book doesn't give you a table, ask reception, they can normally squeeze you in. The patisserie that opens in the afternoon is exquisite too. We hope to return later this year.

First place in Turkey where I finally felt safe, after my aquaintance with some nasty stereotypes going around.
Resort has security all around and guards check on you as you drive in. Check in was pretty bad, reception nearly lost all our passports (!) and we had to wait a while for a buggy to drive us to our villa. However, when we got to the villa we found that it was really nice and roomy.
The yard behind the villa is roomy and great for kids to play. However, the spa didn't work and we had to get someone to come and clean it as it was green (!) in places. It also wasn't heated - it was outside temperature, and since it was located in the shade it was pretty cold.
The flora and fauna were great to look at and discover around the place.
The buffet at breakfast and dinner was absolutely scumptous. Although the waiters were absolute.......well, they weren't very good service, at all. I got up and left the Italian restaraunt after waiting to be served for a while and not being served.
The beach was great. The activities for the kids were phenomenal - this is one place kids definately will not get bored. Lots of entertainment, games, a disco on at nights.
Don't bother hanging out do not disturb signs outside your door though, room service will come storming in anyway.
Club music booms all night which is annoying and makes it difficult to sleep.
Overall, I wouldn't go there again if not for the delicious food and the kid's activities, just because of the pretty bad service. But it was a nice stay, and a safe location.

Excellent service, atmosphere, live music, golf facilities. Hotel is very reliable and even if you forget things here or there they always find them provided that another guest did not take them. Food is not so tasty , especially at the a la carte French Restaurant. I found taxi drivers in the area rather annoying in contrast to the quality of staff serving within the hotel boundary. Taxi drivers try to use wrong tariff, night rate taximeter during the day, do not give you change back if you do not have the exact amount, and get really aggresive if you catch their tricks and do not let them overcharge you. Unfortunately no agency to complain and protect you against them.

Wow, what an incredible place. We stayed here for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it (1 week will leave you longing for more!!). Don't book through Thomas Cook though who were disappointing - book it direct. The food, the beach, the staff, the golf, the luxury and of course the amazing Spa are world class and the best we have experienced. We cannot wait to return and met many people who have stayed a number of times there which is always a good sign. The friendliness of the staff was the most impressive of anywhere in the world we have been, they made you feel part of the family...thank you Umut + team for a most enjoyable stay. I wish i could remember the name of the restaurant manager who took care of us. I played 4 rounds of golf (fantastic courses especially Nick Faldo course nearby) relaxed by the pool, enjoyed walks on the beach and loved spending time in the Spa. The treatments were excellent and strongly recommend the exotic Turkish bath on the first day for a longer lasting tan. I was addicted to the rainforest shower in the Spa (:-))...so refreshing with its mixed temperatures. We just simply had a great and romantic time with fantastic restaurants, incredible entertainment (shows were great) and we met some lovely people there. Definitely go all inclusive as there is absolutley no need to go outside the resort as it is an oasis at gloria and the inclusive deal is of high value. My partner and I arrived there extremely tired from our tough jobs but were completely transformed within 2 weeks. However do not book through Thomas Cook, they were disgraceful with the way they treated us - they virtually got every part of the booking wrong and claimed otherwise (fortunately i checked everything direct and changed many items at my own cost)! We booked 3 items through the rep and she let us down on 2 of them, hardly believeable but true. One of the excursions Thomas Cook let us know it was cancelled the evening before!! Strongly recommend you book it direct and fly with another airline with seats that are clean and with some form of legroom. Anyway, Thomas Cook aside we would like to return to Gloria at some point through a direct booking and cannot wait.
