We recently stayed at the Voyage hotel for 10 nights in June 2019 as a group of 7 adults.

The service of the staff at this resort was outstanding. All staff were wonderful, though we would like to specifically mention these staff:

- Yasin (waiter in beach bar): Very friendly with a big smile on his face all the time and providing a good level of service
- Rana (Indian chef in adult restaurant): He made wonderful curry dishes and very tasty veg samosas for us. A lovely man
- Abbas (chef in adult restaurant): He made tasty omlettes for us. A good man
- Musa (chef): We met him on our first day at the adult restaurant. As we arrived near the end, he very kindly brought a lot of breakfast dishes for us. A wonderful man.
- Savas (restaurant captain in adult restaurant): Very funny, friendly and helpful
- Ayse (waitress in adult restaurant): Very hard working, quick and smiley
- Marut (restaurant captain): Very professional
- The two waiters (Vulcan and Mehmet) in the Mexican restaurant were also friendly and funny, providing an enjoyable evening for us
- Mehmat (Bar man in lobby bar) was fantastic. He made wonderful cocktails for us
- Erkinai and Gamze (Waitresses in lobby bar): Both always smiling and very charming
- Sabri (Waiter in Italian restaurant): Very confident and professional

We would also like to outline the following positive features:

- Good facilities with enjoyable water slides and the use of unlimited towels
- The outdoor pool was very big, with the shallow sleeping deck which was very nice
- The indoor games and bowling alleys were good fun
- The beach was clean and sandy. One of the best beaches we have been to in Europe
- The separation of family and adult dining areas was good, as the adult restaurant was quiet
- The gym and spa area was very good. Some lovely relaxing music in the spa area

There were some areas that can be further improved in our opinion to meet the top 5* grade:

- Room cleaning can be improved. On two occasions, we had to ring reception at 6pm as the room had not been cleaned despite us putting the ‘make up’ sign. There was also visible signs of dust left in the room and supplies were not always refilled

- The cleanliness of the lifts can be improved. The corners were filled with dirt

- As we are non-smokers, we found it very unpleasant sitting in outdoor restaurant areas with people smoking nearby. There should be clear segregation for smokers and non-smokers in outdoor dining areas. It is unfair that the resort experience for non-smokers should be disturbed by inconsiderate smokers

In summary, we would recommend this resort with the staff service the outstanding feature of this resort.

Wow! what a great holiday it was.That was the second time we visited Voyage Belek and yet again we had fantastic time and wonderful holiday.We wish to come back here again next year

Fantastic service, friendly environment, at Voyage Belek we had the best holiday we ever experienced and we would highly recommend for holiday destination.

First time staying at the resort with my partner after her recommendation.

The week started with good service but at the mid point the service became excellent. Hatice and Gurkan are a credit to the company and will always make sure you have a drink and are well looked after and have made my stay much more enjoyable.

100% would recommend!!
