“Great trip, sad about the last day.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 19, 2014

Just back from a lovely week at the Voyage Golf and Spa, 11/3 to 18/3/2014.
We don't play golf. (It was our 35th wedding anniversary)

On arrival we were upgraded from a garden room to a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lagoon villa.
The staff were great, both restaurant/bar and domestic were polite and very helpful.
The food was varied(very good) the alcohol was branded.
.
We went to the Italian restaurant on the Friday night, the table was covered with rose petals and they presented us with a cake, we also had a bottle of champagne in the room ( from rep )

We only had one disappointment, sadly, it took the edge off the whole experience.

This was on the last day, we asked if we could extend the room as our flight pick up wasn't till 5.55pm.This was agreed.
Sadly the cleaner turned up twice to clean the room, so we had to send her away.
A lady, we assumed was a housekeeper then turned up to check on room cleanliness for next guest, so she was sent away.
Reception called at 12.10 to advise us, we should have checked out, after explaining, she said, we could have room till 3.30 but then cleaner turned up again, so we just got our bags and checked out, we sat in lounge area for over 4hrs feeling uncomfortable and hot.
In fairness to the chap who had agreed the extension, he was mortified when we turned up early with our bags at reception and explained what had happened, he tried desperately to get us to take the keys back but by then we were fed up with the constant disturbances.
Would I go again yes I would, they just need better communication between each other.

There isn't much to say about Voyage that hasn't already been said. The place and it's staff are fantastic and it all runs like a well oiled machine catering for your every possible need.

We spent a week, 11-18th March, for a "babymoon". My wife being 6 months pregnant found everything about The Voyage met her needs. We were upgraded to a two floor, four bed, twin bath apartment with a balcony and terrace onto a lagoon pool on our arrival. Check in is swift and efficient with yourself and your bags taken to your room by buggy. The driver pointed out key locations on route and demonstrated the in room safe on entry to our room. The room was immaculate and cleaned daily. Fresh towels were provided and the mini bar restocked each day.

The grounds are stunning and the gardeners are busy keeping it looking it's best at all times. It's nice to walk in the grounds between the main building and the numerous pools and the beach. The site is very well layed out and designed, everything is within a few minutes of each other so more than suitable for elderly, disabled or pregnant visitors.

The two main resturants were both available to us with a vast and varied selection of food on offer catering for all tastes. One is 16+ and the other allows children. The Chinese and Italian a la cartes were also available in winter season. Both offered an excellent menu, 7 courses in the Italian. We enjoyed a good couple of hours in both and enjoyed the high quality food. The Chinese was our personal favourite. A Japanese show style restuarant is located within the Chinese and costs 12 euro supplement per person. We didn't do this, mainly due to my wife's pregnancy and what food she is allowed. It would definitely be value for money though if the standard Chinese is anything to go by.

Food and drink is available 24/7 for those who want it. The patisserie is a must. It's lovely to sit and relax while enjoying the vast cake selection with a coffee or drink from the bar. My wife also enjoyed the juice bar which serves healthy fresh fruit juices in the spa area. The pool snack bars, bbq and ice cream facilities are also available during the day. Cornettos, Magnums, Calippos are all available to help yourself while around the pool or beach. The snack bars serve pizzas, pasta, chicken etc if you don't want to leave the pool area and head to the main restuarant for the buffett lunch.

The indoor pool is nice and heated for those dull days. We did find it a bit loud at times but that was down to unruly children not being controlled by their parents. I know it's low season but an indoor pool by the spa should be relaxing and quiet. We didn't have massages etc but I can imagine the noise may have echoed to the nearby spa and sauna areas.

We enjoyed evenings in both the Sunset and Planet Bars. Entertainment is generally a live band, kareoke, or a show. The tv lounge and lobby also show live sports so good to catch the football etc. We made use of the games room on a dull day, playing an hour of pool for 7 euros. This was the only money we spent in the whole week in the hotel. Everything else we possibily wanted was included within the all inclusive. The pool, Playstations, bowling, and other arcade games are all extra in the games area. There are plenty of free outdoor activities though like darts, shooting, archery amongst others.

Well done to all at the Voyage. Staff are excellent. No sooner are you sat down there is someone waiting to take your drinks order. All helpful and friendly. The animation team are enthusiastic but not pushy for you to join in.

We will definitely return to the Voyage for a family holiday once our little one is born...

Room Tip: Lagoon pool rooms are lovely, garden area and close to main building and reception areas.

Just returned from a weeks stay at the Voyage and cannot praise it highly enough. The hotel, facilities, staff, food was all excellent. Mostly ate in the Adult restaurant managed by Salih and his team, including Murat Pasu Bulent who treated us like royalty and could not do enough for us. Would also like to mention the entertainment team who were great, especially Ziya. We were upgraded to a very nice room which had a side sea view.

This was our first visit to the Voyage and hopefully not the last.

Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so special.

Well, we have to lodge a complaint, with regard to the Voyage Belek.

The food is far too good and therefore makes it extremely difficult to choose!!!

No, seriously, this is a great hotel and although we're not of the golfing fraternity, we take advantage of the winter sunshine prices.

This was our third stay and I think it was the best, 10 nights from 4th March.

Rooms are very comfortable, spotlessly clean, with an ample bathroom and storage space.

The young girl who cleaned our room, 1470, never stopped smiling and the room was cleaned to the highest of standards, always made a swan or flower arrangement, on the beds, out of the towels.

Recep, the barman in the Sunset Jazz bar (Great entertainment) was an excellent mine host, again. Always attentive and made the best Mojito ever, according to my wife and his G&T's were awesome. Can't understand how some people leave a paltry 1TL tip after receiving the best of service all evening.

We used both the restaurants, ground floor and lower floor (Pink) finding a massive choice at all meal times.

The Pink restaurant very relaxed, but found it annoying that; some guests were allowed in the upper restaurant wearing shorts, it doesn't fit the environment and should be stopped. If you wish to wear shorts, use the Pink which is designed for more relaxed eating.

The staff throughout the hotel were brilliant especially in eating establishments , Necati who never stopped smiling and appeared to run everywhere to ensure you were looked after. Also, Nuri who served us in the Pink and the Pool bar, ensuring our comfort and requirements were always met.

We used the Italian restaurant, accompanying Dot and Davy, celebrating her 70th birthday and you would have thought you were in a top chef's gourmet bistro, quality menu and pampered for 2 hours.

Used the indoor pool and gym facilities which are excellent.

We did raise a small complaint with regard to the Beach Bar, but this was attended to and resolved immediately.

We know we're repeating ourselves, but the staff at this hotel cannot do enough to ensure you have a great holiday. for you

Hope to return to one of our favourite haunts.

I spent one week at Voyage Belek in February with my daughter.
We were warmly greeted on arrival and our luggage were picked up and delivered at our room.
Our room was in the main building with easy access to all restaurants etc.
The sun was shining the whole week, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Even if it was off season, there were plenty of stuff to do, and the heated outdoor pool was great.

It was clean everywhere, the gardens were nice, the beach stunning, food perfect and the staff even more perfect.
We were met with smiles from everyone, and the service was impeccable! The adult restaurant (16 age limit) is a nice touch.

My daughter loved that she could go and get an ice cream when ever she wanted, and the minute we sat down, someone came and asked if we wanted anything.
The animation team had lots of positive energy, and there was always something to do if you wanted. Both day and night.

The WI FI was superb as well.

This was my first visit to Turkey – and I will come back.
It is also my first all inclusive, and this hotel had it all, 24/7.
And the best part; no stupid bracelets to show the all inclusive part.
Actually I am going to book a week for my family there this summer.
Can not wait to experience this hotel when all restaurants etc are open.
So thank you all employers at Voyage Belek - see you soon;

My next voyage will be to Voyage Belek.

The hotel, The service, The room, The Food, The quality and ALL staff left me speechless, it really was the best holiday that I had ever experienced and after working in the Travel industry for over 12 years and as a frequent traveller overseas I am so glad that I have found this 5* GEM!!!! We will certainly be returning and can now see why so many people we spoke to were repeat guests!!!. We went for my partner's 40th birthday celebration 11th - 18th February 2014. Vee our First choice representative was 1st class and ensured that we had the best possible stay, nothing was too much trouble and she knew her stuff and gave us all the information we needed. Our sea view room was breath-taking and would recommend anyone to upgrade to a sea-view, it is worth every penny. The rooms were contemporary and had everything and more you would possibly want from a 5* hotel, fully stocked mini bar (replenished daily), toiletries, robes, slippers etc. The food was in mass and as the hotel was quiet we were personally embarrassed to the vast selection and high quality on offer. You could eat your way around the clock from buffet, to a la carte dining, various snack stations serving throughout the day & night, Magnum/Cornetto ice creams on tap through the day and my favourite the Patisserie serving every cake and pastry you could think of (try the apple pie with vanilla ice cream - its amazing) open from 11am!! Premium branded drinks were also included which is rare and something I have only experienced at Sandals Resorts!!!! Every member of the team made our stay an incredibly enjoyable and memorable one, being extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble!! My son is 5 and they all had such an impact on him that he never wanted to be away from the kids club or the entertainment as he was always having so much fun with the events they had on (meaning mummy and daddy were happy). Considering it was classed as low season half of the hotel wasn't in operation such as some of the pools, the waterpark, some restaurants etc but this made no difference to our stay whatsoever there was so much to do from Tennis, table tennis, mini golf, indoor pool, bike tours, even an cinema for those not so sunny days!!! In the evening it was the same, disco, live music which was first class, great varied entertainment ideal for all the family!! We really wouldn't know what to do if we went back in high season, there would be so much more for us to do. We went for 7 nights and this definitely wasn't enough, we would go for longer next time!!! To explain this hotel in one sentence I would say that this is the perfect family holiday where Mum and dad get luxury - plush hotel room, spa access and A la Carte restaurants and the children get a whole host of fun that keeps them occupied and happy for hours but also plenty to do as a family too. The Kids Club was open from 10am - 6pm and 8pm-10pm and in that time they did a whole host of arts and crafts as well as themed days and playing sports such as football which he loved!!! We want to thank each and every team member for our memorable stay but in particular we have a few names we would like to make an extra special mention!!! Thank You to Johnny who kept Angelo entertained with his various "amazing" balloon models, the best being his Super Mario (go ask him to make you one!!!) Oleena and all the team in Guest relations for making our stay so special and all the little details arranged for my partners 40th birthday dinner. There was also the numerous entertainments team that just made us feel so welcome and got us involved in their activities, thank you Hatem, Rita, Ewans, Peter and Zigi (ayle) You were all amazing and we thank you for a fantastic 1st class true 5* holiday. We will we back!!! I personally recommend this venue for ANYONE even if you don't have children there are plenty of adult only areas such as one of the restaurants and one of the outdoor pools!!!! Highly recommend - you wont be disappointed!!!

Room Tip: Always upgrade to one of the sea-view rooms - not only will you wake up to breath-taking sea-views e...

Just back yesterday after a weeks all inclusive which we enjoyed despite some pretty miserable weather. The Hotel is excellent and plenty to do when the weather is not so good. Good choice of bars and we preferred the adult only restaurant as it just felt that bit more intimate. The main restaurant was super though and the outside seating area was nice - be good to have a seperate area for smokers though. Great choice of food albeit breakfast being a wee bit repetitive. Lunch and dinner were always excellent and there was a huge choice of everything from breads through to puddings and everything else inbetween. I am now addicted to Baklava! The Adults only pool area was good with a bar and snack bar and the beach bar was lovely - just wish it had been a bit warmer when we were there as it was a lovely spot to end the afternoon. In the evening we favoured the Jazz Bar over Orbit as there was a slightly unpleasant smell in there most evenings - not sure what it was. Always entertainment on in the evening and a lovely atmosphere as people went about eating, drinking and enjoying themselves.
The Pool area is magnificent and plenty of room and sunbeds. The sports areas and water park are excellent and I am sure they are really popular in the busy months.
We tried both a la carte restaurants favouring the Chinese over the Italian as we just enjoyed it more.
The spa is nice and enjoyed the Turkish Bath area for a relax and a stretch. There is a proper little cinema which was great when it was raining and the entertainments team were always on hand with a joke and organising activities.
I don't know hat had happened to the beach but it was only the Voyage that had appeared to have cared for their area of the beach and that is an absolute credit to them. Go left or right away from the hotel's stretch and the beach was in a right state - awful in places.
Our room - 1382 - was fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone. Staff, with one or two minor issues, were excellent with a particularly nice check in experience and some smashing bar and restaurant staff. One or two seemed a bit less happy than others but hey ho!
I did find Belek itself pretty boring and unless you are golfing there is not much to do. I'm not into buying fake gear but it can be amusing rebuffing the " I won't hassle you " if you come into my shop approaches!
Overall a wonderful hotel and some happy memories but I don't think I'll return to Belek unless I take up Golf.

Room Tip: 1382 - thats all you need to know!
