We were there for company organization. There were more than 500 guests with us. As a conventional center, they have really nice conference rooms. Rooms are definitely clean and large for a couple.

But food was below average with too chicken and french fries. Espicially desserts were incredibly untasteful.

I did not go there for summer, but in winter i never go there again. this is for sure.

We visited here with our 6yr old son in August 2012 for a week.

We stayed in a twin room in one the nice rooms in the garden/grounds rather than the actual hotel.

The room itself was lovely, and ideally located to the kids Aquapark.

I believe a lot better than staying in the actual hotel, and a lot quieter.

The food was good, great variety. Did get a little same old as the week went on, but what all inclusive doesn't. So would give them a solid 4 out of 5.

The varied facilities all around the hotel where fantastic, especially the Aquapark, which for kids is second to none. Definite 5 out of 5.

The only disappointment of the hotel was the entertainment, as this was totally Russian guest orientated, which is no real criticism as god knows us English take over our fair share of hotels.

So I simply advise that this is a great hotel, but not if your looking for good entertainment.

I would guide you to more English focused hotels if that's what you want, but am a little disappointed with Thomson's for not advising us of this.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in one of the garden buildings, they where lovely. If you have kids and want to be near the kids club and Aquapark, again ask for a room near the hotel entrance in the gardens.

this hotel is nice, good location right on the beach, but its too big and overrun with russians!!
We travelled in a large group of 19 so we were not intimidated by there rudeness, had we been a alone it would have been a totally different experience. The staff seemed to favour everyone who was not english when it came to service around the bars etc sometimes i wandered if i was actually invisible! There was a good selection of food to suit all.
Our room was in the main hotel as was clean and modern, easily 4/5 star.
The main pool was good, getting a sunbed was the usual dawn rat race tho, one member of our group was an early riser and happy to do the towel run, so we always managed to get some.
The water park needs modernisation and is quite a hike from main area, no chance of a sunbed here though.
We enjoyed our holiday but would not return to this hotel.

Room Tip: ask to stay in the main hotel the rooms are more modern.

We stayed in the first 2 weeks of August 2012. I was apprehensive as we hadn't been All Inclusive for quite some time. We booked 2 separate rooms for myself, my partner and 2 children. This was so we could have more space as the rooms are quite small.

The Transfer took too long and there were too many drop offs on the way.

The reception area is spacious and pleasant but we found the staff quite indifferent on all the occasions we had any dealings with them.

We were staying in bungalow rooms in the grounds. You are taken to them in one of their little buggies which my youngest son found fun.

The rooms themselves are clean and the maid service was generally very good. There is a small fridge in the rooms for drinks. When we arrived there were no drinks in them which wasn't right as we had paid for premium for room drinks to be replenished daily. We spoke to the rep about it and she quickly resolved this.

The grounds of the resort have a walkway running round and there are smiling youngsters driving buggies round the resort all day until late at night and you simply hop on and off whenever you want.

Whilst we had seen some poor reviews regarding the food quality we generally found it very good. At breakfast there is a good variety. We never needed to go inside for lunch as the pool side snack bar did lovely chicken and burgers and pasta throughout the day which was more than enough. There is also ice cream from early afternoon for a couple of hours and tea, coffee and cake.

Evening meals are all buffet style with a good choice. It was very busy at the time in the season that we went and we found it best to eat early before the mad rush. There is always chicken, meat and fish and a good selection of desserts. There are 2 a la Carte restaurants, We visited one of them and whilst the service was very good, the food wasn't all that but at least they seemed to be making an effort to please.

The bars and drinks are fine with reasonably good service. There were queues at the the bars on occasion but nothing that spoiled the beauty of just being able to pop up and get a drink whenever you want.

The swimming pools were great. We rarely had an issue finding a free bed and you are given card when you arrive to give in to obtain a towel from the 'Towel Hut' by the pools. This was a very good service and you take your damp one to exchange it whenever you want, The Pools were very clean and we never had any problems with the cleanliness of the area around the pools. The mini aquapark on site is ok but here you often couldn't find a bed and it was littered with empty plastic cups on the 2 occasions we visited it. It was simply a case of not enough staff and you had to queue for a drink on both occasions we went. Don't book your holiday on the basis that it has this facility as it really isn't that good.

The Hotel is right on the beach and there are plenty of Hotel provided beds available at all times with shade if required. It's a lovely sandy beach and generally very clean.

The evening entertainment isn't very good but it must be very difficult in a resort that has 2,000
people in it in peak and many different nationalities. This did however sometimes make the evening a little empty unless you just wanted to sit around a bar, Due to us being with 2 young childen we never visited the disco in the evening. It is open air and looked nice and we were never disturbed by any noise from it.

One downside to this holiday and from what I gathered speaking to people who were staying at other hotels in the area of Belek is there isn't anything to do outside the hotel itself. I ventured out with my son once to Belek town but it is just shops and not much else, so unless you specifically want to buy something not worth the journey.

So, overall, a good holiday experience for our family. We met some lovely people. Notably Mike the pirate, so called because he always wore a bandana with a tail to protect his head from the sun. Also Serge a big russian with a fantastic sense of humour. We had seen various reports of 'rude russians' but we never had any problem.

We wouldn't go back, simply because we like to do a bit more than stay in the hotel resort 100% of the time.

1. Excellent transfer time from airport
2. Excellent setting,right on beach
3. Fantastic rooms ,comfortable, clean with all facilities
4. Wide range of food and drink available all day
5. Enjoyable entertainment day and night, or if preferred plenty of quiet places for relaxing

We visited the maritim in august 2011 and 2012,you could not wish for a better holiday in all departments. The cleanliness of the hotel is second to none and the friendliness and helpfulness from all staff was impeccable. There is a wide range of food choices for all tastes and you are never hungry! The hotel is chosen by a varied range of nationalities which to me makes it an interesting holiday. Overall would definately recommend and ignore any negative comments.

Room Tip: would recommend hotel rooms over the bungalows
