Room was average. We were fortunate to have AC working in the room as compared to other guests. The shower gel was supposed to be in the dispenser that was not there -- and no shower gel in those small bottles as it was expected to be provided by the dispenser.

My room card stopped working every other day so I had to go to reception to have it fixed. Quite annoying This is not the first time I'm staying in the hotel using plastic cards as keys but the first time it worked so poorly.

I've been there attending a conference. Air conditioning in the conference center could be either switched on or off, no possibility to set the temperature. In C section of the conference center where there were approx. 200 people attending, the ladies' room was for 4 people only. Could you imagine the lines and the waiting time. The floor in the ladies' rooom was wiped with some oily substance that maked it incredibly slippery and the floor looked quite dirty.

There presumed to be wi-fi in the hotel, but I managed to get connection only by midnight or at 6 am. During the rest of the day wi-fi was virtually non-existent.

We managed to get beach towels by the end of third day of our stay only. Before that there were no towels at towel desk. Very strange for a hotel claiming 5*.

We tried spa -- and guess what? No towels there as well. And no lockers available in the locker room. Very strange for a 5* again.

Food was average. All desserts of the same taste, if you've tried one, you've tried them all. Hard to get unprocessed meat or fish for lunch and breakfast. In fact, for breakfast only ham or sausages were available, not a single piece of chicken breast that was widely available for dinner. What was the problem to offer it for breakfast? No seafood -- but kashas, borstch and Russian salad.

Cannot understand the dirt on the beach next to showers and fountains. Was something wrong with sewage? You don't want to go back from the beach through the mud and dirt.

Overall -- disappointing stay.

We had 14 nights with our 1.5 and 4 years old children.All in all it wasn't so bad.

- very clean resort;
- food-plenty to choose from and tasty,hard not to find something good every day,no way to
be hungry;
BUT:
- beach is not sandy.you can find some pebble near the water;
- poor knowladge of english by hotel staff;
- from the start they speak russian to you,don't even ask which language you speak;

Trip dates: September 1-12, 2012.
I’ve been to this hotel several times before but this is my first review. In my past experiences, I’ve always stayed at the resort side. This time we had a room from the hotel side and I must stay it was excellent.

Check-in was no problem at all. Front desk was very friendly and at least 2 agents are always present (even at midnight!).

The hotel (by hotel I’ll be referring to the hotel side and the resort side) is wonderful. It is kept extremely clean. I’ve been to several hotels in different continents, and this is one of the tidiest and cleanest hotels I’ve ever seen. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room we had was overlooking the Mediterranean Sea; it had a double bed, a large TV, a single couch and coffee table, make up table, a mid-sized bathroom, safe, hangers and ample closet space. The rooms don’t have an iron or ironing board, so plan accordingly (the hotel has a service for those). The rooms are cleaned and the mini-fridge was filled daily. The cleaning staff is extremely nice, and if you’re nice to them, they’re nice to you as well.

As far as food is concerned, there is absolutely no way you can be hungry at this hotel. There’s breakfast, late breakfast, snack bars, lunch, late lunch, afternoon snacks, dinner, late dinner and midnight snacks. They have a very large variety of foods and deserts and everything we tried was delicious. The hotel has a “Turkish night” theme in which all or almost all the cooked food is Turkish food, a great way to taste everything.
Compared to the last years, I noticed that they took out some of the grilling stations and placed them outside the dining hall, which makes the hall much cooler (for those that want to sit inside). There is ample space outside the hall, which overlooks the Mediterranean Sea again.

The beach is quite large and wide and is kept very clean. We never had problems finding a spot early morning, even though the hotel was at about 85% capacity. There are several pools and the aqua-park is very fun. The pools are kept very clean as you can see the crew working on them every night.

We didn’t really watch most of the animations/entertainment, but we heard plenty of laughter.
As far as excursions are concerned, just talk to someone at the reception and they’ll point you to the right direction. We went to Side and Aspendos, both of which have historic sights to see. As far as shopping is concerned, go into the town –Belek. You can find anything you’re looking for, and most importantly ALWAYS bargain. You can get lots of good deals.

The only negative thing I’d say for this hotel is that if you’re not one to see stray cats, you might have a rough time. The hotel isn’t overrun with cats, but if you eat outside, you’ll see cats come all the way up to your chair and “meow” for food. I had asked at the reception about them and they said the tourists like to see the animals interact with them and that’s why they haven’t done anything for this “problem”.

Overall, 5/5 and would definitely recommend this place to anyone and repeat this vacation!

We had 7 nights with our 3 year old son and had a great time,it's a lovely location and lovely and clean and there is loads of sunbeds.I don't know if we were lucky but we found the food good and the entertainment brilliant some great acts to watch for all ages,the only thing I can moan about is the Brits are massively out numbered by all the Russians but we found that a lot of the us Brits stuck together!!

Fantasic Hotel.10 people in our group (4children).Booked 3 bungalow type rooms,perfect lovely and quiet
and great air con. Lovely location we were in block 3 and the other parties 8 and 9. all very near each other. Very clean and the cleaner came everyday and our fridge was filled with cold drinks. Great showers!!! Everywhere in the complex was so clean always cleaning the public areas. The food was lovely all the 4 children found plenty of things they liked and some of them are fussy eaters. The entertainment was good for the children, they loved the discos everynight. Russians everywhere but that didn't spoil our holiday,just stand your ground. Lovely helpful staff everywhere saved our table on a night so we could all eat at the same table. Tips help!!!!!

Room Tip: Block 3 bungalows very near everything
