Went in golfing trip with husband, Very disappointed with hotel. Golf in Turkey exceptional and could not fault it, location of this hotel to courses excellent and shuttle service very easy and convenient too. Sadly that’s where the recommendation for hotel ends.
The hotel is not anywhere 5*, full of Eastern European Families - mostly young families with biggies and screaming children everywhere until late at night. They had segregated a section for couples in the main restaurant, assume someone has had problems in the past, good idea, but sadly not adhered to so waste of time! Children allowed to run about eating and screaming as they went throwing food etc.
We had a sea view room in the main building which was pleasant, but meant that we were subject to dreadful 'entertainment' full volume until midnight. Music was played all day everyday around the pool area and because of the shape of the hotel itself then carried up to the balcony, which if you could stand to sit on very basic plastic chairs in the afternoon, meant that you were subjected to more noise.
We played golf every morning, so left room around 7.30 most days, returning 3ish in the afternoon to find that it had not been cleaned / serviced...despite our best efforts we could not get anyone to appreciate that it would have been good to have returned to made up beds fresh towels etc, not to mention that we would have preferred to rest and not be disturbed when the maid did arrive...
Service overall v poor, no one interested in helping from reception to a la carte booking desk, to restaurant staff...getting a clean table laid for lunch in the restaurant not easy; another drink? ...Only if you can catch their eye and that’s not easy either! Public toilets awful, faeces smeared on toilet door and not cleaned paper towels bins not emptied etc.
They may have upgraded rooms recently, but they have not done bathrooms, note that there are no photos of these on the main website...the final straw was when the whole the shower door collapsed when my husband opened it, I was in the bathroom at the time and the door fell with great force onto my back and over my head, shattering glass EVERYWHERE simply a miracle it did not kill me...ok accidents happen, but had it been correctly maintained this could have been avoided, to add insult to injury, it took 30 mins to convince anyone that we had a problem and we needed help, the Operations Manager eventually arrived - it took some persuading and some time. We requested a copy of the incident report and were advised no one working in evenings to do this - appreciate admin staff may work office hours, but I would have expected them to be making some sort of report regardless of office hours...they have committed sending us a copy...lets wait and see...I am not hopeful!
A la Carte restaurants were excellent, staff here much better, but only one open per night and not every night of the week, getting booked to fit with desk opening hours a challenge if you want to go off golfing…but worth persisting with.
Will return to Turkey to golf, but not this hotel.

It was our 3rd time in this beautiful hotel. We stil like the grounds and the rooms, especially ground floors in the villas are marvelous for small kids. But the food was an issue this time- much less variety and lower quality. Chicken wings on the grill almost every day. No lamb at all. Very limited fish. We even had some slight stomach problems, which never happened before here. First days we feeled like being in Kazahstan as the majority of guests were from there. We saw people jumping and sliding with flip flops in the swimming pool, touching every fruit in the plate to choose one, bulling for food, not observing queus (never seen before). The main restaurant was extremely busy and noisy. The room cleaning was a nightmare. The beach was dirty.
Overall we still like the hotel but not as much as before and I have strong doubts we will return.

We were already in Belek in another hotel and decided to walk along the beach to have a look at where we would be staying in 2014. We had booked the Sirene Belek via Thomson just a few weeks before. Securing a free child place for our Grand-daughter.
On arrival at the gatehouse the security guard (who spoke excellent English) contacted the reception and we were invited to look around, reporting to reception first.
On arrival we were very warmly welcomed and escorted around the hotel and grounds by a young man called Bierk. The hotel was very clean both inside and in the grounds, reception area spacious and well furnished.
We saw the restaurant (serving breakfast at the time) lots of choice and not hectic.
We were shown around the grounds in a golf buggy, great pool's and one Olympic size.Tennis courts, children's play area , water slides, lovely tree's all around offering shade. Water feature down the length of a promenade. We looked at the spa (which loved lovely) and the a'la carte restaurants all 4 nicely furnished.
After a look around we were taken for drinks before we left.
Overall 1st impressions ... very good. We look forward to our stay next year.

Stayed here in April on a golfing trip with 7 friends and can highly recommend the hotel for a nice relaxing time. The rooms are spacious and clean and all the restraunts served a variety of foods to a good quality. There was no complaints from all 8 of us about the hotel and 7 of us will be returning next year

Room Tip: All the rooms we had were in the main building andcwere ok

The hotel itself is very nice and pleasant, but if you are offered room 3156 in the main building, run away - it has an air conditioning generator (or something like that - see my photos) directly outside the window, which makes a terrible noise. Fortunately next day I was moved to much better room on the 5th floor. Also in the 3156 room the safe box wasn't working and it took them 18 hours to fix it. I had to store my valuables in my friends' safe box in another room.

The new room on the 5th floor was much better with cool view to golf course behind the hotel. The rooms are really large and comfortable and minibar is included in the ultra all inclusive service.

The hotel is large with accomodation in the main building or in the garden villas. From one side there is a beach, from other side there are golf courses, next to the hotel another hotels, so there is anywhere to go and you have to spent the time within the hotel complex, or take a taxi to near village or to order some trips outside. That's why the hotel is suitable rather for familes with kids, not for active people.

Service is pretty average - employees usually not english speaking and not too much friendly.

If you are planning to enjoy wild alcoholic parties here, this hotel is not for you :) We had a lot of drinks and nobody got drunk here - probably special "non-alcoholic alcoholic drinks" :)

Sandy beach is clean with lots of sunbeds. Don't miss the "olympic" pool - amazing.

This was my first trip to Antalya, Turkey. The Sirene Belek Resort Hotel was the site of an annual Thanksgiving golf trip organized by a colleague of mine. It is an absolutely breathtaking property, quietly nestled between the beach and golf course and full of amenities that leave guests wanting for nothing.

The staff was very professional, attentive, and eager to accommodate the needs/ requests of the guests at every turn. I was quite impressed with the size of the rooms, and level of quality/service for the all-inclusive price. Great value indeed and the perfect place for families, couples, or singles to spend their holiday.

I spent time exploring the grounds, filled with many quiet areas to relax, play, swim, admire the gardens, and just a short walk from the hotel.....touch the sea. Dining was also a great pleasure, with several varieties of restaurants to select from and a buffet fit for royalty!

Definitely one of Belek's treasures!

We travelled to Belek in March 2012 with my family (two kids aged 4 months and 4 years). What a great all-inclusive hotel this is. We got upgraded to a large family room with two bedrooms in a villa close to the main building. We we transferred there with a car from the hotel. Excellent rooms with bath and showers, an own terrace. Food is excellent and the variety great. What else can you expect. The local beer is good, also the white wine. The rest we left for the others. There was an excellent kids club with guided actitivities the whole week. Also the minidisco melted our hearts in the evening when watching our son dancind with the others. Very international hotel, mainly residents from Germany, Scandinavia. No noices from the street, located near golf clubs and forests. The beach within a walking distance. Also a tennis court and a large football field. Aerobics in the gym every day, a good pool inside and also a spa. Hamam was also included, worth trying. It was VERY easy with a baby and a 4 year old, very safe and quiet hotel. Waterslides.

Room Tip: Recommend a larger family room when travelling with children.
