This was our second visit to Atlantis and we enjoyed it even more than last year. We were given special discounts because we had been there before and were given a room in the main hotel which was much better than last year. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Guest services are excellent and a special mention must go to Deniz Bayir who was excellent. She was there last year and is very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Deniz provides a high standard of service and we were delighted to see her once again so if you have any problem or need help with anything, I would recommend talking to her and she will do all she can to help.

The food at the hotel is very nice and cooked well. The problem is that it does appear to be very similar types of food every day and after two weeks it does become boring. The a la carte restaurants are nice for a change and I would recommend the Italian, which was excellent. The only problem we had with it was the choice for kids. If kids won’t eat off the main menu, they offer chicken and chips and nothing else, so perhaps a kids menu would help make this even more popular.

The bar staff are all very friendly and helpful, but when it gets busy it’s a fight to get served sometimes and they are often more interested in showing off their juggling skills than trying to serve people quickly. A special mention must go to Gokhan at the beach bar. He provides a high standard of service and treats everyone fairly. Gokhan was there last year in the lobby bar and we missed him this year in the evenings as last year he made sure we always got served and we didn’t have to wait too long.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very nice with comfortable beds. The bathroom is good with constant hot water and bath and shower. Maid service is excellent and your room is cleaned to a high standard with towels replaced, etc. There is only one English Channel, BBC world news, although when English premiership games are on they have English commentary and you can get them in the rooms or on the big screens at the bar. The hotel will do their best to accommodate you with any football available and if they can get it they will.

The animation team were excellent and the shows in the evenings were good. I did not appreciate the sex wars and Mr and Mrs Atlantis type shows as they involved games which I feel are inappropriate for children to watch, so we avoided going those nights. The comedy and dance shows are excellent though. I must mention that one of the animation team, Tarkan, kept making inappropriate comments to my 9 year old daughter asking her to kiss him all the time. We talked to him about it and explained how uncomfortable it made my daughter and us feel but he kept doing it. We even had to complain to guest services about his behaviour. Apart from this, the animation team and games were excellent.

We visited Arcadia hotel one day, which you can do and use all the all inclusive services there. The problem was that the security was very strict when we arrived by taxi. They asked to see our passports etc and took our room card from Atlantis. This hotel is older and a different lay out to Atlantis. I felt there was a lot of up and down steps to get to things, whereas Atlantis seems better laid out. This might have been just because we were used to that though. The indoor pool is much smaller at Arcadia compared to Atlantis. The staff at Arcadia were nice and friendly too and the same services are available.

having already booked this holiday with thomas cook, i then found a review by some idiot called monk,, who I may say must live in the most luxurios surroundings with maids to wait on his every need!!! Anyway to get back to this hotel everything monk says is untrue, this was a fabulous hotel and couldnt be faulted on hygiene or service, nothing was to much trouble the staff were great and all very friendly, the animation team including songul and dido were fab. the food was good with plenty of choice, a wonderful hotel that we would go back to again and again. belek town is good for shopping and only about a 20min walk away. Super holiday for the money.

Travelled with my wife and Mother in law and stayed for two weeks.
Had never been to turkey before so we had no idea what to expect. Whilst there is not much outside the hotel complex to do if you are looking for a relaxing holiday then this is the plaxe.
The food is great, there is a lot of choice and always hot.
The staff are very friendly and the frontline bar staff and waiters especially Hassan, Senor, Zilmak and Efraim are excellent and a credit to the hotel. Always smiling and joking and looking after you you.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing , stress free holiday

We stayed at the hotel with a group of 27 people for one week. The staff could not have been more helpful. The food was great, the bar service was quick and friendly. The beach is lovely and the rooms are nice and quiet.

We would definitely book again. Thank you hotel Limak, Charles and Maria from the customer service were great too. And Yurkan from the transfer and car hire service also helped us in a very kind and professional fashion with the tours we wanted to book.

Without the help of Cemal and Gorkhan our trip would have had no chance of success, they managed to arrange sports facilities for us that could only be done with the right network. This is especially what we are grateful for.

CHAPEAU!

We had booked a 1 bedroom room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, on arrival we were offered a upgrade ( 140 euros) for 1 week in a two bedroom, 2 story, 3 balcony, 2 Tv room which we accepted. So for £1600 4 of us lived like kings. The room was spotless, as is every part of this hotel. The hotel is not the best looking one from the outside but it more than makes up for it from the inside. While we were there not everything had opened up on site but we still managed a 3 bar pub crawl within the hotel. Once all the bars are open I think you could do 6. All all inclusive hotels are different, this was the first one with a free safe and the first with 2 classes of Ai. The food was good and it's worth waiting by the chefs corner for something to come out hot. My only moan about the eating arrangements is it can get very busy with some very obvious queue jumpers. The salads were fantasic. My hot tip try to sit in the same place and tip on your first night. We found once we did this your wine glass was never empty. My only other moan was where the table tennis tables are sited is the first area outside of the bar where you could smoke, so if you had a game with the kids it was like smoking 20 BH. Also for a hotel of this size you could do with a few more tables around the hotel. The staff in the hotel are great, not one was rude to us while we stayed there and Gokhul at the beach bar seems to know more about english football than alan Shearer. There is nothing really around the local area to walk to. My final tips are to not bother with Turkish currency, just use Euros and try to take some small euro coins to tip, as there is a national shortage of change in Belek.

Room Tip: Clean, tidy and safe.
