“It wasn't my best vacation”

I have to stay that i didn't like it that much...

The people were so stupid, and i don't mean the people that were working there. The tourists i mean( long story )

the first time we entered we got some papers to sign and there was this lady coming to us with orange juice, and when we were all signing the papers she came and dropped the juice on the paper, broke the glass, and never came back to clean. After words the man in the reception came to clean the mess.

Anyways, the rest of the day was ok, the night show was perfect. But after the first day the shows were AWFUL. they were just people dancing. Nothing entertaining. I have to say that the golf was impressing. The playground for kids was sooo poor.

Another thing i would say that our card wasn't working everyday like 3/7 days the card wasn't working and we had to go all the way to the reception. Which was a really long way.

there was afterwards a night called " The white night " it was a house music, and dupstep disco party. And the sofas were white. All of the sofas were wet. Maybe because of the humidity... What they did was to put towels on the sofas, after a while they cancelled the night.

The food was ok, and the spa too. But in the last day i have lost my eyeglasses in the pool (My sister threw them) and went to the pool cleaner and told him if he found something and he said. Does it look like im god and i can find your eyeglasses. Afterwords we left to the reception and told them and they say it's not our problem. Really?

I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Cornelia Diamond Golf Resort & Spa for me 5 stars not enough. from beggining till end of your holiday magnificent service.
for me most of the the 5 stars hotel's rooms are same.for a decoration of course different but when i holiday mostly i use room for sleep.but my room was alwas clean.
as a location Cornelia in the Belek area of Antalya. its advantage about having a golf course (FALDO) so your room be sea view or golf course view so both of that are good choice green or blue. For me Cornelia's food is the best one in Antalya. Great chef and great taste.from morning till midnight all drink and food magnificent. as a couple or with friends , great choice for holiday but i not offer you with family with children.

Room Tip: west side rooms be much quite i think

It is the second time we go in this hotel, the 1st time was in September and everything was ok, the only thing that was missing was Pastis.

Staying there starting the 15 November 2012 for three weeks, we had quite a lot of problems. It is a pity !
The Hotel :
- 28 ° celsius in the sea view room ! I was told : sorry sir no air cond after the 1st of November you get only heating from 23° to 28°. It was quite difficult to be moved on the north side but after hours of discussion they did it.
- When we arrived we had only 3 "a la carte" restaurant opened instead of 8, after one week only one "a la carte" restaurant is open at a time.
- One day it was hell there was 3 groups in the "a la carte" restaurant where we had diner, it was so noisy that we did not enjoy at all our meal and we left not eating the desert.
- On there web side it is said : two heated swimming pool, one outdoor, one indoor ; there is no outdoor swimming pools heated in November.
- Last time there was a great show every evening, in November you have just a band an a Bingo night
- There is still no Pastis, but we where very happy that they replace Turkish Champagne with a French Crémant d'Alsace.
- It is VERY difficult to have this Crémant at the right temperature ; always too hot !!!!!!!!!!.

Golf on the Nick Faldo course :
- In our package we had 3 rounds of golf per week included on the Nick Faldo.
- It is very difficult to book a tee time on the Nick Faldo course, you better reserve them at least a months in advance.
- On two of our nine tee times they could offer only a tee time of 9 holes at 8 am in the morning another 9 holes at 2:30 PM, I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS
- Because of the 3x9 holes, you can tee off before 8h20 or after 11h/11h30, so you are obliged to wake up at 6 or at 6h30 to catch the 7h30 or the 8h buss to play there Nick Faldo golf course.
- As the fairways of the Nick Faldo course throws most of your balls in the woods and as they do not clean the undergrowth, it is full of prickly bushes, you spend a lot of time trying to find your ball, this is when you find it, you can easily play the 18 holes in 5 hours and a half. One day after 3h30 only on hole 11 we quit.
- They also have a lot of competitions, and the competitions comes first !!!
- if you are not strong demanding extra shuttle to the golf, you may have to wait from a half hour to an hours before tee off

Last evening we went to the teppanyaki restaurant the food was good, the Crémant was at right temperature but it was hell as there was a big group of people laughing and shouting just next door and they is no door to separate the teppanyaki room

It is a pity to have problems in the is kind of hôtel, we had a great stay the 1st time we stayed, but this year I can say WE ARE DISAPPOINTED

Last thing, we use Bilyana to organize our stay :
they do no communicate
they have give us wrong information on the weight of the golf bags allowed.
It is not their fault it is always the fault of the golf course or the Airline company

If I had know in advance that there was so much problems with the Nick Faldo golf course I would not stay in this hotel

In Belek there is plenty choice of golf courses and hotels. Cornelia Diamond is a recently build hotel surfing on his success of the 1st years.

We stayed here for a week in October 12 having previously stayed at Rixos premium in May.
This hotel has a different ambiance to the Rixos, smaller, great service, comparable to the Rixos.
The decor is very bright, and all the a la cartes were excellent. So was our room. The only reason that would stop me from returning is the chaotic breakfast in the main restaurant. There are no outside or quiet places to enjoy your start to the day. I would compare it to a busy business or conference Hotel, not at all relaxing. This could easily be remedied by offering alternative breakfast at the lovely pool side restaurant. You can however have a breakfast delivered to your own balcony as part of your a.i package though mostly cold meats and cheese. Breakfast on holiday is my favourite time of day so therefore I would probably not return here as there are so many excellent hotels in Belek to choose from.

it really irritated me to see orange piano, purple and pink chairs at loby area. I didnt also like breakfast area. It looks like a university cafeteris Room was more tasteful, but make sure to ask golf course view, because someone can end up seeing another room as a view. Service was good. Location was great, very vlosed to golf course. Spa was also good.

Just returned from a weeks stay at the Diamond at the beginning of November. I was with a large group of men with the main purpose of playing golf. Greeted to the room with a welcome screen with my name on the T.V. fresh fruit and wine!
Genuine 5 star luxury hotel. Service excellent. Attention to detail second to none. Food fantastic in the main dinning room both quality and choice. No need to book one of the a la carte resturants although some of our party did and despite previous reviews found no bother doing so. 10 euro charge per person though.
Spa on the ground floor including luxury Hamam, suana, steam room, plunge pools, showers, jaccuzi, and indoor pool all a treat and at no charge.
Drinks fantastic. All inclusive includes an extensive choice of branded alcoholic drinks. Tried all the flavours of Absolute vodka and all the Scotch whisky on offer. I felt this was my duty to do this for a proper review! House wine both red and white easily drinkable. Mini bar free and stocked daily. Room service menu good and at no extra charge.
A bit on the quiet side for entertainment at night but it was end of season. Lively bar and night club for the young insomniacs though.
Golf fantastic.4 euro for a bottle of beer at golf clubhouse and in town. 30 euro (between two) for a golf buggy for your round. Lots of shops in Belek town also a few cafes. A tad expensive compared to non golfing Turkish resorts. Clothes shops expensive. I suppose they try to get as much money off of you as possible. Market in Belek on Saturday (is also on another day) much cheaper. Stall holders preparred to accept less for the same products selling in the shops in town. 5 eoro for taxi from hotel to town. 3 minute journey, 25 minute walk.

Like many a school report must try harder. If you haven't been to one of the many so called 5 star hotels along this part of the Turkish coastline you could be forgiven for thinking it is amazing, fantastic, etc, etc.but it is quite simply isn't. Any hotel that uses cheap premixed cocktail ingredients in a carton, that you can buy in any supermarket, is NOT 5 STAR. The food was OK but that was it.
Only one night out of the five nights we ate in the canteen (as it became known) was good and that was because there was a conference on which only highlighted the fact that they can do better. Clearly run of the mill is adequate for the fully inclusive guests. Thank goodness there was a microwave in the children's area to reheat your food. We also ate in 2 of the a la carte restaurants 10 euro each per head, kids free if allowed in.The food again is OK, nice to be served and choose from a menu for a change.
The entertainment in the evening is pretty good the same acts that do the circuit year after year you may have seen them before.
Daytime activities are dire the sight fell of the cheap air rifle while using it, the archery equipment was poor quality and worn out, the crazy golf is better in any run down Victorian seaside resort. The gardens are poor, all looks as if they ran out of money after building the 1970s 1980s Scfi film set view of the future layout. The lack of adequate lighting is downright dangerous in places not sure what ambiance they are trying to achieve with this? take a torch with you.
The rooms are nice, no balcony lighting why!! ( cost saving who knows?)
One card one towel, what a joke, 5 star your having a laugh.
No dedicated area for late departing guests you have to use the spa area which would be fine if it wasn't already very busy with hotel guests., totally inadequate and this is coming from baldy bloke with no hair to dry. My view may sound like one big moan but I have been to many of the hotels along this coastline and this is a long way off being the best and I should say a long way off being the worst.
I should also mention the facilities for kids they are pretty good and they had a ball but then again they will no mater where they go and they are not paying one last thing I gave it a excellent rating because readers if like me are more likely to read an excellent review than an average rated review thanks for reading.
