I have stayed at Parque Espana three times, and I would say that the selling points are location and price.
On the positive side, the area is safe and beautifully developed. Access to good shopping areas in Festival Mall or Town Centre is easy, and a free shuttle service is provided that worked well whenever we used it.
Breakfast was fine, not huge, but entirely adequate. For a three bedroom appartment only three complimentary breakfasts were provided, so three couples would have to agree who would pay 430 pesos each for the additional ones (a bit expensive in my view) The pool on the roof, was not big, but clean and nice to cool off in.
WiFi was free and worked well.
Our room was a little dated, and some of the kitchen utensils limited and not entirely functional.
The staff were helpful and responsive, and I would highlight Karen (a trainee) and Kim on fhe front desk as really friendly and courteous, and Karren Yenco, recently promoted to Ops Manager as exceptionally professional and thorough.
I would certainly use Parque Espana again!
