It is our first time here and we weren’t satisfied with our stay.
People flock to this hotel but we did not see any reason asides from its prime location.
Staffs are not service oriented.
We were expecting a lot from their breakfast buffet but we were really disappointed. Very limited food choices for a 4 or 5 star hotel, plus the food they are serving is just the usual food that we can eat on regular restaurant or fast food eateries. Rooms are expensive so I strongly suggest they improve their food selection!

just came from a stay here last week for work. in a nutshell, it's a 4 star hotel with 5 star service. friendly staff, gorgeous interiors. I rarely venture south of Manila because of the traffic, but if I do I'd stay here

The room we stayed at was nice. The staff, with an exception for the wait staff at the steakhouse, seem stressed out and frantic. Lastly, the parking garage reeks of garbage. When I asked the security who welcomed us at the elevator about the smell in the parking, he just said that it is what it is.

In general, the Acacia hotel is excellent in terms of its service and facilities. we enjoyed the room and the breakfast. I will surely recommend this to my friends and relatives because of the strategical location and ambiance.

Kind staff, they were accomodating, even the guards are kind...
comfort bed, good facilities, good location, but have no spa in swimming pool, and in restaurant, the one who assigned in cooking the egg had little bit showed us not so good attitude, but they apologized...after complaining.
