This is one of the top resorts i ever visited. From the lovely kingsize rooms to the beautiful landscape and the huge pool area, absolutely stunning! I was here for three weeks in september.so the beach restaurant was´nt open. But the beach itself was very clean and inviting. The Restaurants serves top notch food and all the staff are very sweet and helpful. The poolarea is huge, and suits both kids and adults. Highly Recommended!

Booked a Sea View Room with a balcony - the intention was to relax. I would highly recommend this property.

The Positives

1. Good room - with a sunken bath tub - like a mini pool - you need to be a bit careful here - someof the sunken bath tubs can be a bit grimy - so you need to be choosy - once u get a room with a clean bath - u r fine

2. The restaurants are organised like a cluster of shops in a "village" centre - creates a nice atmosphere. Had dinner on all days at Cafe Sarita - Goan Cuisine is great - so tuck into your Sorpotel, balchao, Xacuti and Vindaloo.

3. The resort itself - organised like a large mini-town of 2-storied villas - with winding roads criss-crossing winding streams. Great to walk - even better ride the battery operated buggies

4. The beach - clean and private

5. Staff - great - and patient.

Negatives

1. The Beach restaurant was closed - they open on some months only - so be careful when you book

2. This is not really a fault of the hotel - but I couldnt resist this dig - the port-wine of Goa sucks.

Would I go there again - possibly yes - but more probably would try out another property.

Room Tip: Ensure that the sunken bath is not moldy and dirty. Be choosy - and dont hesitate to drive the staff...

we were here from 25th august for 4 nights. I must say, its one of the most fantastic properties that i have been to. The serene landscaping, the pools, the rooms all are awesome. The property in huge and its spred over 45 acres of land.
The service as compared to Taj were i stayed on my last visit was average. But the rooms were really neat and tidy. the room service is great. The rooms are spacious as compared to any other 5 star resorts.
The spa is facing the man made lagoon and is superb. Its completely refreshing and reasonably priced as well. The masseurs are good and well trained. The sound of running water at the spa really gives it all.
The food is great. The indian food is the best out of all the cuisines available at the resort. better to take the package with all meals included as they have a fixed ala carte menu.
Now comes the swimming pool... its just awesome.. with a bar inside.. it has a warm jacuzi and kids pool as well. again like the property even the pool is huge.
The resort has a beach connected to it but its not a private beach.. so you have other visitors as well.. which is a slight turn off.. also the beach shack is not operational making it difficult to have anything at the beach..
The resort is fantastic.. but just needs to improve on the beach part. a great shack with loungers and a bar would be a dream come true stay at this resort...
overall a great experience...

Room Tip: take any of the lagoon facing rooms on the first floor... reasonably priced and being first floor yo...

This is an awesome property.
We took aDeluxe Park View Room, the best part about it was the Bathroom.
Very well designed, and loved the open shower concept which is unique in itself.
The Beach is very clean... the cleanest I have ever seen in my 7 trips to Goa.

Room Tip: Deluxe Park View

I had the opportunity to stay here for two nights. The property is very good, landscaping & overall maintenance is par excellence. The swimming pool is big & can easily accommodate over 30 people at a time. The beach adjacent to the hotel is clean. You have absolute privacy in the beach. Quality of food is average and every dish tastes almost similar. The room wherein I stayed was devoid of sunlight & appeared to be very moist & humid

We had a really great stay in goa, even though we had some rain! The park suite was amazing with complimentary wifi and flat screens in both rooms was just luxurious. Room service was exemplirary, with great service by chandra kumar. The food in the restaurants were great and my daughters favourite banana bread was catered for every day by the catering team. The kids menu is delicious and had a good range.
The spa and pool are 5 star, the massages and yoga from the instructor are really beneficial and some of the best I have had.the salon was also brilliant. Camp hyatt got good ratings from my daughter, where she did pottery and glass painting.

Just a couple of points, when there are conventions on, certain convention guests need to act appropriately in a family hotel environment, convention guests should also be catered for separately rather than in the same area as normal guests.

Overall, it's somewhere I will use and really enjoy all the amenities it offers along with a great beach.

This is probably one of the best resorts in Goa ...or anywhere for that matter. I stayed for just one night for a convention I was attending ...but felt like staying for many more. The hotel is very well laid out. The upkeep is immaculate . Its landscaping is beautiful and tranquil. The standard room is worth it all the way. The thoughtful placement of everything in the room, the layout, the interiors and the view ...all wonderful. The staff are very efficient, responsive and attentive ...but not intrusive. The food is good and there is a lot of variety . All in all ...a great place to visit and stay ...and not too far from the airport !
