We had an osm experience,we felt just like home there, osm hospitality lovely people, recommended to everyone.
We stayed at pinnacle holiday homes for nearly 3 weeks whilst in goa .
We are really pleased to have stayed here and we have enjoyed our time .
We usually stay in hotels or beach huts depending on our holiday type and destinations.
I came to arpora 12 years ago so I
Was keen to come back to see how it has changed ,thank god we chose to stay in apora and not baga or calangute .
Although pinnacle may not be every ones choice due to location it suited us , it's away from the hustle and bustle but there are adequate amenities close by i.e. Garage , fruit sellers , restaurants, supermarkets etc , baga beach is about 30 min walking if you don't mind walking .
Brendon and angel have really made us feel welcome and they are a very nice family and great hosts ,very helpful , kind and accommodating.
We enjoyed breakfast which was cooked for us , it can be brought to your room but we enjoyed eating in the garden , my husband loved the Indian Style scrambled eggs ,angel also made us proper Goan food / breakfast which was delightful with Goan bread , we also enjoyed the fruit too , they go out of their way to accommodate your needs and preferences , I enjoyed the carrot and cucumber with my breakfast at
Our rooms were cleaned and tided every day and soap provided ,loo roll towels etc .
There is wifi and hot water every day , kettle and fridge in the room with tv, air con and fan
Brendon arranged a scooter for us during our stay , he made sure we had a good scooter in which we got a new one .
We went to the south for a few days and brendon arranged our taxis for us and our return , this saved us the hassle of haggling with taxi drivers .
We left at 7am to go to the south and brendon and angel had both made us toasties to take with us for breakfast which was very kind of them .
We also enjoyed fresh coconut water from the coconuts in the garden one morning , Brendon's mum was kind enough to prepare that for us .
We enjoyed speaking to their sons who loved to play , they also have a chocolate Labrador who is like a big soft bear , fab dog.
There is some restaurants located near by within walking distance which brendon recommended.
Salt is fab this is at the end of the road and pink chilli was amazing , it is about half a mile from pinnacle, it was our fave place . There is a cheap Fruit sell at the end of the road too.
The Saturday night market is not far either .
If you are wanting a peaceful stay in a nice comfortable clean place this is the place to be .
We went to the beach all day , we'd roll back at around 7.30pm , shower, have food then chill .. it was perfect for us and so was the location .
We felt safe staying here and we was treat like one of the family , we had Brendon's number in case we ever needed him for anything or in the event of emergency which is great , it gave us peace of mind we're as in a hotel you are just one of many guests .
We can not fault pinnacle holiday homes.
Brendon and Angels hospitality was out standing and Brendon's mum was nice too . Brendon has a great sense of humour , angel his wife is very kind and sweet and we really enjoy talking with her .
The two ladies who work at pinnacle were also sweet too .
We are almost at the end of our stay and we are sad to leave.
We have loved every moment.
Thank you brendon and angel for making us feel welcome , we couldn't have picked a better place to stay , we hope to return again one day
Best stay we could have ever thought of. We went for celebrating my husband's birthday and we had the best time. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. On top of everything it's the hosts for which I cannot even think of going to somewhere else in Goa. Brenden is an amazing host, he will make yoI feel home. He is very down to earth, very helping, very courteous. He knows exactly what you are looking for and will always provide you the best service in it. His family is also good. His wife Angel is very sweet and take of every little things. They both will make you feel you have chosen the best place to live in Goa.
Can't wait for my next visit to Goa and again have a memorable stay with Pinnacle Holiday Home
Thanks for making us stay in your lovely home it's was a pleasant stay
Home made breakfast was very yummy special care for your guest really appreciated would love to come again Goa only if we stay in your apartment. One of the Beautiful property of Goa.Brendon is a great host !
Stayed here for 2 nights and thoroughly loved the experience. Location wise the property is a short walk from Baga beach (30 mins max) and a good new restaurant 2 mins walk away. Brenden and his family are extremely nice and make you feel very welcome. They catered fully for my wife's allergies and went to extra effort for our honeymoon and wife's 30th birthday which we are celebrating as part of this holiday.
The property itself is clean and well maintained. There is some building work going on the property next door but doesn't affect sleep and isn't too loud during the day.
Rooms are well kept and a very good size.
The breakfast was incredible and different on each day.
We would definitely stay here and recommend this property if you want to be near the baga beach area but not on the beach itself. Brenden has also gone over and beyond and is helping us plan the next leg of our trip by arranging a car for us and helping us find quotes. This was greatly appreciated by us!
Many thanks to Brenden and his family for making us feel so welcome. Hopefully see you in 2018!
We arrived in Arpora in the early hours of the morning on 8th November. I had already made contact with Brenden who had arranged for collection from the airport and also paid the fare for us. When we arrived we saw signs saying that the banks were closed. Being cynical we thought that this was a ploy to get us to change money at the airport. This was not the case it was the day that the government had said that they were withdrawing all 500 and 1000 notes from circulation by the end of the year. This resulted in banks being closed and no cash available either via banks or ATM's for days. Brenden told us not to worry and assisted us financially until cash became available in ATM's which wasn't until the second week of our stay. The accommodation is very clean. We stayed in the deluxe room for the first 2 nights which had a lovely comfortable massive bed. We then moved to the one bedroomed apartment which was huge. We found the mattress wasn't as comfortable as the other and we struggled for a couple of nights sleeping. We told Brenden who immediately said that he would have the mattress changed by the afternoon. We went out for the day and the mattress arrived just as we got back. Breakfast varied from traditional indian to a variety of omlettes. We were given information on places to visit and local restaurants. We hired a moped again through Brenden which we had for the 2 week period. The whole family are so friendly as well as the lovely maid. We loved our stay and came back relaxed and refreshed. Thanks Brenden and Angel x
