Nics place was the one place that we visited almost every day either for lunch or evening for dinner. we were never let down on either choice or quality. My wife loved Nics Sunday dinners I being a vegi had chips or beans on toast Sunday . however I was spoiled for choice the rest of the meals. The costs you can not believe. The staff always polite well turned out and friendly always deserved their tip. Loved Nics

Visited Nick's place several times in two weeks of our holiday in April 2019, the food is amazing
especially the curries,we couldn't fault anything on the menu, the curries are the best ever with the delicious flavoured variety of choice of rice, really good value for money, highly recommended.

When we arrived in Baga, we hired a bike and re-discovered this friendly little place, where my partner came to eat on his last visit here - about eight years ago. It has changed hands since then, but is still run efficiently and with the same sort of menu: a mixture of English, Indian etc. You don't find much beef on the menus here, but my partner really enjoyed his Sunday roast beef dinner and the portion was very generous. We both worked our way through the pudding menu during the course of our stay, and would highly recommend the apple pie, warm fudge brownie sizzler, cold coffee with ice-cream and the sundaes. The butter chicken was the best I have ever eaten. Everything is fresh, tasty and cooked to order. There is lots of seating on he rooftop, but we enjoyed a window table downstairs, where you can watch the cows go by and chat to the locals. The staff are attentive, friendly and always made us feel truly welcome. It's a bit far to walk from Baga main street, but there is parking or you could grab a taxi - it's about a ten-minute ride on the Ampora road.
