Was able to get a last minute booking for two on an ordinary Wednesday night and glad we took it. Starters were Calamari for Madame and snails for Monsignor. Both were great. Main courses were rump and sirloin steaks with pepper and blue cheese sauce respectively. Both were well received. Waitrons were training new waitrons, so getting attention now and again was not easy as there seemed to be the odd gathering, but not a real problem.
This was probably our tenth meal here in the last year or so. We will certainly be back and we do appreciate the no corkage charge.
