“A must do for some hands on with animals”
Reviewed February 12, 2013

A well run and maintained zoo, even though it calls itself a wildlife ranch, with plenty to see. It's a must if yu want some hands on time with cheetahs, tiger cubs, lemurs, caracals and servals, though be warned that if you do all that it'll put something of a dent in your wallet.

“Great experience”
Reviewed February 4, 2013

Cango wildlife ranch was an unbelievable experience, where staff were amazingly friendly and happy to help with everything.

I had several animal encounters, all of which were great.

The staff let you spend a sufficient amount of time with all the animals and ask if you're satisfied while in the enclosure.

The best feature, which I haven't experienced anywhere else in the world, was a tour guide, who answered every question thrown at him and escorted us around the whole ranch.

Definitely recommend!!!

“More of a Zoo than a ranch.”
Reviewed January 31, 2013

Tucked away in rural South Africa this place really is a treat. It has many animals including most of the African Predators, and all very viewer and picture friendly. The tour includes Croc feeding, but unfortunately they were not interested the day we were there. The highlight fo us was taking our 9 year old grand daughter in to play with 2 Bengal tiger cubs for a very reasonable fee, and for a very reasonable time as well.

“Wildlife at a Glance”
Reviewed January 31, 2013

Our English visitors were impressed with the number of wild life exhibits and the interaction with the tiger cubs and the lemurs. This is a chance to see real African (not the tigers, of course) big cats which you will not see that easily in the game parks where they roam freely.
