“The Caves”
Reviewed November 20, 2013

We had a one hour tour that took us through 5 areas inside the caves. The lighting highlighted the limestone formations and the guide's commentary was entertaining. Apparently, they used to have musical performances in one of the caverns, but no longer. But to give us an idea of the acoustics, our guide sang a song in his native language. It was brilliant and a highlight of the tour.

Spectacular, Beautiful, until I got to the parts where we had to climb through narrow spaces - I discovered I am claustrophobic. The large chambers are absolutely breath-taking though!

“An OK visit if you have the time”
Reviewed November 16, 2013 via mobile

About a 25 min drive from the city, the caves are large but not especially spectacular in terms of set up and lightning compared to caves I've visited in Asia and the US . If you are pressed for time you can skip these unless you really love caves. Compared to others we've seen these were not worth the 3hr detour for us. We much more enjoyed the cango ostrich farm and wildlife ranch. The price is good but be prepared to go in a very large group and having to wait during the busy season if you do not book in advance.

“The best cave we've ever been to”
Reviewed November 15, 2013

We really enjoyed this cave as there a number of chambers inside which were big and the formations within were impressive. If you are already around this area especially on a hot summer's day then I'd highly recommend this place. Unfortunately it gets a bit same after a while as in you see one chamber you've seen it all. We didn't fancy doing the adventure tour which meant we would have had to squeeze twice through 27cm by 30cm gap called the letter box as it's the only passage through.
